SkulShurtugalTCG It's just a silly way of mustache (In this case, referring mustache-esque tentacles under the eyes of the ZL forms of the octolings). If you want a solid origin, I don't know if it has a specific one. GG probably just made it up by emphasizing the vowels in mustache. From personal experience and observations, it seems that a common way to make a word humorous is to emphasize the vowels.

These flying octolings at the beginning made me chuckle. :p
