I remember many years ago my mom was telling me that there is this big deep hole between us and God, and Jesus is the bridge to cross the great divide. I always believed I was a Christian, but at that moment God tore the veil and I realized I wasn't and I needed to make a personal commitment. I told my mom I wanted to come to Jesus, and she prayed with me. That was almost 20 years ago, and I'm very grateful to have Jesus in my life. This song reminds me of that conversation.

My mother was a fan of these ladies. I remember listening them when I was a kid. A TikTok vid brought me back to Point of Grace because theyvused this song on one of the videos. Relistening to this song as a full blown adult this song is powerful. Jesus is the bridge to help us cross the great divide between our sin and God. Powerful lyrics.

I'm 50 years old I've done a lot of bad things in my life and I was looking for a way out and when I heard this song I feel to my knees and put down what I had in my hand and started crying and because of this song I got the help that I desperately needed

core memory unlocked... now im speechless. My mom died 2 years ago and she would always listen to every single album of Point of Grace's since I can remember. I hit play and I could hear my mom singing to me, only now she'd be doing it from Heaven.

Me too! I used to sing this song in church back in the day. I really miss those days! I love to sing! I had the accompaniment tape.

We used this song in our high school puppet ministry club. Brought me to tears thinking about that time, those friends, the great message of the music...
