It's even better that the biggest units of Khorne decided charging infantry and not the ranged or artillery was the best plan of attack.

God damn dude. That final charge with the demigryph knights at the end had me tearing up. Those are some good good boys.

All that artillery and the Empire lost? Khorne sure is tough and tanky. The missile units gave the Empire a fighting chance. Nice battle and loved the valiant ending of the griffin knights fighting to the death.

I don't know what it is but this channel just don't seem to like the hummies like they never win on his channel. Ps I still liked the vid though I just wish they was a little change of pace once in a while.

mortars are terrible against armored units. They pretty much did minimal damage.

The Juggernaut charge at 16:33 was devastating and sums up this battle. Empire did almost everything right, and brought down the big targets early, but Chaos was like a tide of death and destruction. Not even Sigmar could save them here.

The sad part is that Skarbrand did not deserve the victory. - Karl Franz was the only flyer that flanked his foes. - Heavier melee monsters / monstrous cavalry could have broken through and challenged the ranged units instead of just getting shot because of their size. Just arriving AFTER the infantry charge would have been a better move as the empire would have had more friendly fire. - A charge in a predictable straight line. - Cavalry executed frontal charge through their troops instead of an hammer and anvil tactic. This is obvious at the end when they finally charge the musketeers. - Far too many infantry blobbed around the Fire Wizard, giving free clean shots.

They should install Radious Mod and bring the Hammers of Sigmar to battle, that would have been epic !!!

I can just imagine the poor infantrymen literally shitting themselves to death having to face off against Scarbrand in melee combat. You can tell your commanders hate you when they send you to certain death.

Probably would have squeezed a victory out if they had just substituted one chariot mortar for a hellblaster volley gun

That moment when a giant fire breathing giant and four-armed bull giant charge the line and you realize you are fodder.

The cinematic shots are perfect

When their shock cav was pinned in melee, I knew right then the empire lost. Not to mention the hypos with halberds went after infantry instead of those minotaurs.

Omen Spellers: "Yes, yes, many chaos will die, it will be a vicious day to the hordes of Chaos." Imperial Soldier: "The omens are good brothers!" The Omen Spellers, avoiding the words victory or defeat at any cost.

Khorne: *Burp* Too much blood there guys. You're giving me heartburn.

Twas a brave final charge but was sadly not to carry the day for the griffon knights :(

Great video. At least for once the Empire's artillery and rifles were effective. In too many videos we see a Gorghon or a demon receiving cannonballs, repeated rifle volleys and continuing unhindered…

What a surprise seeing Empire losing 😂

Man Of The Empire. We hold this ground to the last man. We have been given the blessed right to die for the Emperor. Me as a swordsman : Wait did he say we are all going to die? Chaos: 👀

I think I'll be one of the musketmen at the back taking some pot shots at the minataurs, then when things go south, it'll be head down, arse up and keep peddling until I get home.

Strange to me that the Empire chose to tarpit Karl Franz like that. A more strategic use for him could have won the day for Empire.
