First Grand Inquisitor had me dying of laughter in Obi Wan. The sound of his voice and speech cadence was on point. Dont think hes stronger than Vader though.

Even the animated Grand Inquisitor didn’t fully look like a pau’an. He didn’t have the lines fully covering his face like the ones we saw in ROTS. He may have been half human and half pau’an, the same way we see Twi’leks, Mirialans, Zabraaks, and true Sith interbreed with humans. So in all fairness, the Kenobi show was just trying to be consistent with the animated series. I really liked Rupert Friend’s portrayal honestly and it’s frustrating to see people complain about it. Everyone’s entitled to their opinions but at the end of the day, this stuff is mostly for children

I wonder if his spirit was freed when vader/anakin died.

Stronger than Vader is click bait. Not even close to Vaders strength. Vader had Ezra and Kanan running in fear….Kanan actually defeated the Grand Inquisitor.

Well, no he’s nowhere’s as close to Vader in anyway. An inexperienced Kanan beat him and later he and Ezra fought Darth Vader who bodied both. Grand Inquisitor isn’t even a sith because he wasn’t meant to be as powerful as one. Darth Maul and Count Dooku body him. Even other Dark Jedi like Dagan Gera and Baylan Skoll will kill him with ease. He can’t defeat Jedi Masters and will likely lose to some Jedi Knights, Cal Kestis and Ahsoka also take him 100%. Grand Inquisitor is overestimated a lot for having a cool villain design.

He was a temple guard, I mean, we shouldn't think he would be as bad as he appeared. If he was actually good at his job and actually skilled, he would literally be too much of a problem for writers to deal with, hence he has to be crap in order for Star Wars to have a functional story.

@@mcflurrybutts4927 He wasn’t nerfed at all. Temple Guards are Jedi Knights who just protect the Temple. So Grand Inquisitor was a Jedi Knight just like Kanan. He also didn’t show any impressive feats or was said to be powerful by anyone, he just has a huge fanbase.

I did not mind that he was not like cgi villain from a children's cartoon gate keeping is problem not a point of pride
