She ain't wrong though. We don't really have the best hospitals or healthcare. Even medical colleges are scarce. Every time somebody has a major health case, he gets referred to places like Velore, Chennai, etc.

If you ever get a chance to represent yourself infront of world leaders, you could shed light into what you have seen first hand in your life and what issues that are really relevant to where you're from. The Healthcare system is so focal and needs alot of support from higher authorities.

@@moondoll7592 if you really want to discuss only about the Northeast i think there are more issue which is needed to be discuss than the healthcare. Healthcare services are way much better in guwahati, tezpur and shillong. But if u put up an issue of the Healthcare only on Arunachal pradesh then it will sound genuine. But in the northeast i Don't think Healthcare services are that much bad.

@@studyiq8322 Nope its bad. Surely some states are abit improved than the rest but its always referred to other major states in the country. A simple mistake like an unwanted cut in a biliary duct during a cholecystectomy (gall bladder removal procedure) and they can't manage it anywhere in northeast and have to be sent to, you guessed it, Vellore.
