The Government Building Looks Better Than Bangalore Palace
Yeah I went to the Bangalore Palace, got kicked out so had to check out the scenes in the streets of Church Street and Brigade road but after visiting the government buildings. I give my opinions on a lot of things like petrol price, lifestyle, police and much more

Howzit Bru, I am really enjoying your blogs in India. I am frequent traveler to India. Some tips. a) if possible draw cash on a daily basis. Try to use State Bank of India ATM. You will find the exchange rate is better than other ATMs or swiping your card at stores. Try to make cash payments. b) If you still in Bangalore, try to visit Iskcon Temple kitchen. They feed approximately 90,000 children on a daily basis. c) Try to visit Majestic Bus Stand. Massive bus rank. Enjoy and keep safe.

Ugly, scene at 18.50, you were handing them money. Encouraging them to be on the streets more. These are out of state, managed by organized crime. Since begging is prohibited by law, they find new ways at it. These boys should be at school. Not your fault, your host is an idiot.

Beggars everywhere. It was a total shock to me when I went home for the 1st time in 18 years. Little kids, maimed, disabled people, it depressed me. I’d be on my bike in my cycling kit, they’d touch the GPS, the camera lens, the bike!

@@amanahmed8322 Dude, we are not oil rich as KSA. If there was no oil in KSA it would not been better than Yemen. Unfortunately India 🇮🇳 dint lucky with Oil. It's a large country, about 20% of world population, we may have few beggers in certain crowded places, don't stereotype the entire country about it. My city cleans the beggers from the street, but new once arrive for easy money. It will take generations to clean out the beggers

@@picklefun Viki, I’m 100% Indian. It saddens me to see that poverty is so prevalent in my country. I have t been home in 4 years. Damn Covid thrice. I help whenever I can. I’ve strongly been advised against giving to beggars. It breaks my heart to turn away someone in need. It really hurts when they refuse food and a cold drink but insist on hard cash. I pray one day my country will eradicate poverty. We are blessed with a beautiful land.

You "clean out the beggars"? They are people not trash. This mindset is why India still has its caste system. Next time don't clean out the beggars. Clean them, and give them Jobs.

Vidhana Soudha : Built in the year 1956, Vidhana Soudha of Bangalore boasts of exquisite Dravidian architecture. It was built under the then chief minister of Karnataka, Mr. Kengal Hanumanthaiah, as a tribute to Indian temple architecture. The chief engineer of Vidhan Soudha, B.R. Manickam mainly made use of granite to get the edifice constructed. Britishers did not build this.

OG, the trains are cheaper. When I was there in 2018 it was 20 rupees return from vikhroli to CST (chatrapati shivaji terminus). The train takes 30min and uber or car is 1hr trip and uber costed 500 rupees. Also where you can travel by tuk tuk then do so cos it was a base price of 20 rupees for certain distance. You can either swipe your card for purchases or withdraw like 10000 rupees and use. It's generally safe. I used to get 15000 rupees every 2 weeks. If you gonna walk around like we do here in SA then you will stick out like a sore thumb. No need to hold on to your bag for dear life. You can walk carefree in most places. Enjoy OJ
