I was baptized into a faith I didn't believe in for selfish reasons at the age of 14 - Mormonisn. The night I was baptized I had a visitation; I was told that Heaven knew of my mistake, and that it was being stricken from me to find my way to God. Four days later I was excommunicated from that religion for wearing a cross, and having two cross bookmarks in my holy books. I was humiliated in front of members of the congregation, and I turned my back on God putting that visitation out of my mind because of my hurt pride. I became a pagan, and spent 15 years as one before wanting to come back to God but I felt filthy, and unworthy. In the 20th year since that visitation I was driving to work, and saw a young man on the road, and in my mind I heard "Go and talk to that man." I argued that I couldn't because I was on my way to work, and I was reminded by this voice that I did not recognize saying, "you left 20 minutes early and you have time, turn around." How do you argue with logic? I asked the young man if he needed a ride, and he politely refused but when I left him I felt the urge to switch the radio station over to the local gospel channel. A song came on called, "My Chains Are Gone," and I audibly asked the Lord to break my chains, and set me free. "They aren't locked, cast them off" was the response. I almost had to stop the car because I recognized the spirit in this moment, and was brought to sobbing tears. After work that day I went to the grocery store, and as I passed a display of bananas I heard, "If he wants me to eat he will send food," and I knew I had to get those bananas for the young man on the road. I was checking out when I saw a display of Life Water, and heard, "If he wants me to drink he will send water," and again I knew that this water was meant for this young man. I searched for him the entire way home from work, and I did not see him so I started asking people I knew if they had seen this young man (he was a stranger in our area, and was carrying a large sign filled with scripture everywhere he went so he was easy to spot), and no one had seen him. I took those items with me every time I left my home for nearly two weeks, replacing the bananas as needed, until I saw him playing basketball catty corner from my house. I grabbed the bag and ran over to tell him about what happened, and to give him what the Lord had told me to give him, and we hugged like dear old friends. As it happens he had a lung infection, and had walked 30 miles to a hospital in the same town I worked in. I wasn't just sent there to speak with him that early morning on the road, I was sent to take him where he needed to go, and neither of us realized it. I still didn't realize it until 3-4 years after our last encounter on that basketball court. God is so good that he can save you, and use you to save someone else at the same time.

I love this! I'm sure I'm going to enjoy your take on Peter's rooster, I love all your teaching. I'm about to listen but thought to throw in my two sheckels worth since you mentioned Balaam's Donkey, my KZread handle, and also the second greatest love in my life, following the Lord Jeshua, is my chickens. I have been keeping chickens for almost seven years now and I have a wonderful rooster with a beautiful voice. I can hear him now as I write this. When he sings in the predawn hours, I think of Peter, I think of the Lord, I think of His provision, His patience, His Love. I think of my own shortcomings. I remember how He knew me before the foundation of Time. I think of His Grace. I remember He has a Plan. *And the rooster's crow becomes a praise song* In contrast, aren't we all glad God did not use a barking dog to speak to Peter. When a dog barks in the night, it's an unsettling sound, an announcement of something bad coming. But, by Holy design, when a rooster crows, he's a miniature "voice crying in the Wilderness," proclaiming the coming of the sun, Son. He is the voice of Hope! I always like to say Jeshua loves donkeys and chickens and has given them honorable roles for us to be blessed by in His Word and in our lives. Four AM is the standard time for the first crow. And though a particularly joyful fellow may sing all day, he never does near dusk or up past midnight. There is a marked, reverent silence. I think this is designed testimony from the Lord pointing to the time it was, how it was in the darkest, wee small hours of the morning when Peter, for whatever desperate reason, followed the Lord and said what he said. Praise be to God for He is all knowing, all seeing and full of mercy and grace. And the rooster says, "Hallelujah!" Mine just said "Hallelujah! and "Amen!" and "Amen!"

My "Rooster Moment" came on Halloween of 2008. One year earlier my five year old daughter presented me with a drawing of "The Angel Taking the Church". It changed my world, my marriage and my faith. We had just decided to return to church because of problems in our marriage. A few months later my daughter hands me her drawing. I began a website an started telling people about it. My wife didn't believe in what was happening. It took some time but on October 25th 2008 she and my daughter had disappeared with no more than a phone conversation that I was to leave the house. I did. Five days later, the sheriff called my cell phone to inform me that a warrant was out for my arrest and that a full 96 hour psychological evaluation was required. I met the sheriff at a family members house and away we went with me reading all the accusations which the judge had seen and upon which he based his decision to have me arrested. The semi-automatic pistol they said I owned had been sold ten years before I met my wife. The two PhD psychologists who wrote affidavits against me had never met me. The words they said were mine were never said by me and have no basis in the bible and the "person" they mention doesn't exist any where in scripture. Nonetheless, I was in the back of a locked van headed to the psyche center to be psychologically poked prodded and "evaluated" for the next 96 hours. within the first 10 hours I received the divorce papers. That was the 30th of October 2008. I spent one night there and was released the next day with a paper from them stating their findings. The Rooster had crowed but I was not the one shown as wanting in the eyes of God. I was processed out on the day of Halloween 2008. What they had meant for evil God had meant for good. On the day of that great pagan feast . . . I was set free. The irony is priceless. Praise Jesus. My website, my daughter's drawings and my self had all been scrutinized by the Official Authority of the State of Missouri in their locked facility at the request of an Officer and Judge of The Court with his permission and to poke, prod and make attempts to elicit psychological maladies as part of their "evaluation." The had 96 hours to do all this, yet, I was released in 24 hours. On December 5th of 2008 my attorney was mailed a letter from the State of Missouri Department of Mental Health Division of Comprehensive Psychiatric Services Metropolitan St. Louis Psychiatric Center. The paperwork, in part, reads as such . . . "Assessment: The patient was questioned very heavily during his initial evaluation to assess very carefully for possible delusions or psychotic symptoms based upon the accompanying affidavit despite probing into the patients religious beliefs regarding the end of the world and his beliefs of his daughter at times having inspiration into some of her drawings, the patient does not display any symptoms that would be outside the realm of typically evangelical christian belief . . . " "Plan of Treatment: 1. The Patient doe not require any psychiatric medication and so therefore none shall be started. 2.The Patient doe not require any psychiatric admission . . . the patient will be discharged from this facility. 3. The Patient doe not require any psychiatric followup as he has no mental illness." This was almost 13 years ago and I still have the document as my personal governmental validation and vindication of my witness for Christ Jesus regarding myself, my past website and the drawings my daughter presented to me when she was a child in 2007. Yes . . . the rooster crowed, but is was they who were found wanting. What they meant for evil God meant for good. My daughter lives with me now and the truth is being revealed each day the closer we come to seeing Jesus. Thank you for the opportunity to give my witness. My rooster was a woman I had never met,she said the lord told her to ask me about something about work and something about a girl named Jamie, this is a very short version of this story,but I had 1 secret that I held onto for years and this day was the day my sin called me out, my only secret I kept from my wife was that I did something with a girl named Jamie at work,and my wife was right there listening to this lady,I told this lady that we had no idea what she was talking about but when I got home that night,the conviction had brought me to the bathroom mirror in tears thinking that I had to tell my wife what I had done, and I did the hardest thing in my life, I told her, let's just say that we're not married anymore but I promise the truth will truly set you free. I'm not anywhere close to being perfect but that night I denied myself and I picked up my cross and I followed him. Thank you Jesus

Back in December 2017, a few months after having accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior, I was on my bed watching a TV series called 'The Bible' on my church's app, then decided I wanted to have some 'The Crown' marathon moment. A few minutes later I clearly hear a voice say "Why are you watching a kingdom that is not mine?" and I immediately cried and resumed the The Bible series, this time 6-ish chapters in a row, so much so that I turned all my devices off and went to bed at 4am. About 8 hours later - in bright midday light - I turned them back on and my cell phone was beeping like crazy with messages from my cousin. When I clicked on the first one, she told me that my brother had had a heart attack and died. Needless to say that God himself was asking me to stand by Him hearing and learning from His word that at that same moment He was mercifully bringing my brother over to Him in heaven. I cried profusely and told a friend of mine - who happens to be the person who God used to show me His word - of the events as they unveiled before my very eyes. At that moment I knew that Jesus was with me, just as He had promised He would. Praise be to Jesus, the Lord!

Mannassés Thank you very much for posting your testimony. Truly God's wisdom and timing is matchless. Yes, you were with God as He welcomed your brother home. I am very glad for you. You were already in God's Spirit when you heard the news. This is a good reminder to be conscious of which kingdom we must align ourselves with and spend our lives in. Jesus surely said "The kingdom of heaven is within you (in your midst)." Luke 17:21 God bless you and your family. 🌳🌳🌿🌿🌷🌷

I could only say that when you believe in Yeshua (Jesus) as the real Messiah then you are connected to the Father God who made everything by speaking . If God can make everything by speaking then if your connected to Him by Yeshua His only Son then you can trust that He is in control. Peace to you.

I’ve always been moved by the crowing of the rooster. It reminds me when I’m in the “world” that I’m still supposed to represent Jesus and he’s always with me. Watching, listening, knowing what I say and do.

Beautiful! Thank God for the many roosters God sent my way. God is merciful, gracious, slow to anger and abounding in love.. that’s my personal experience :)

My “Rooster Moment” was in 1970 in the former Republic of Vietnam” when I stopped by-standing and received JESUS CHRIST as my LORD and SAVIOR. Praise the LORD for His Grace and Mercy!

Beautiful preaching. For me 6 years ago my adultery was exposed. I thank the Lord with all my heart that it was as ever since I have remained in first love with Christ, restored forgiven and in the strength of the Holy Spirit living out all psalm 51. Thank you Lord for my rooster!

I suddenly had an enlightenment on this one. When he mentioned about Jesus vowing to the Father that He will never lose anyone that the Father gives Him. And then, I thought, the Father also made a promise to Jesus that He will be risen from the dead. I could picture the relationship between the two of Them. Trusting and loving each other. I pray that I will have the same relationship with the Father and Jesus.

This message made me cry, a good cry, thanks so much for sharing, I was reminded

Peter was saying whats on his mind to JESUS! HE knew JESUS loved him. But he lied because fear still ruled his world. And JESUS understood, and wept tears of blood. When fear dies in our Hearts, devotion to obedience makes us willing to DIE FOR LOVE!

I find it pretty amazing the way God orchestrated my life. As I battled breast cancer, I noticed family withdrawing from me. I had to stand firm, facing death even at stage two, and trust in the Bible. All because my sister-in-law was getting married to another woman. Our family is now divided, and I pity my mother-in-law because she chose the world over God. The rooster crowed in my life and I denied him the first time, but I will not deny him the second third time! The cancer made me strong! Without it I might not have been as strong, that's God turning bad good and using it for good. Only love now will redeem my family

So much more to the story than just exposing the ineffectual efforts of our own understanding and carnal "devotion," as sincere as that may be! First of all, the "rooster" was not a bird, but the "town crier" giving the early morning alarm...but either way, the take-away is that IF Peter had been focused on what Yeshua had just told him instead of the cares of THIS world, he would have been on guard against the evil of this world and his own weak flesh! I don't say this as though anyone has more strength than Peter in their flesh--NO! All flesh is weak and must be killed for the Holy Spirit to reign in our walk with Messiah! This insight powerfully affected me...your beautiful sense of the story being driven by Yeshua and NOT circumstance...that EVERY detail matters....that Yeshua intended to create the CHARCOAL fire....the security of HIS promises and NOT ours....everything was so poignantly revealed in your reflections and story......I listened twice....took notes......and truly thanked God for Peter's ROOSTER !!!!! !!

Well You will be praying in vain because the Scriptures did not say all saints will be going to heaven. The false teachings, and this is not the only one, is leading many to their destruction. The Scriptures does not tell us we are all going to heaven only a selected few. See Scriptural proof below 👇🏾 Earth will be our home…for majority of us saints when Jesus returns and God restores the earth to what he originally intended for it to be when he created Adam and Eve who got expelled from the Garden of Eden. 💎Genesis 1:28; 💎Genesis 9:1; God did not create the earth for nothing but for us to inhabit it says 💎Isaiah 45:18; 💎Psalm 104:5; 💎Psalm 37:29; 78:69; 119:90. And inhabiting a peaceful earth will be the just reward for the righteous and the meek says 💎Matthew 5:5; 💎Psalm 37:11 and 💎Psalms 115:16. Yes this will be the home for most (earthly bound ones). 👇🏾 The heavenly bound ones will be the holy ones of the Most High who God’s Kingdom will be handed over to Jesus Christ the ruler of that Kingdom…rulership rest on his shoulders 💎Isaiah 9:6 and his Co- rulers, the 144,000 anointed ones chosen by the Most High…The sealed ones mentioned at 💎Revelations 14:1(the chosen few with Jesus and his Father’s name written on their forehead). Jesus’s disciples are among the 144,000 who will co-rule with Christ. These are the holy ones the Kingdom will be handed over to as stated at 💎Daniel 7:27. These holy ones will unite with Jesus in heaven as co-rulers, as “co-Shepherds” as told to us at 💎Revelation 20:6. They will rule over those holy ones, the saints, the meek ones who will be residing on earth. Remember in the Lord’s Prayer at 💎Matthew 6:9, 10? We pray for God’s Kingdom to come and for his will to take place on earth and it is in heaven. And I am sure you recall the Scriptures saying there will be a new heaven and a new earth as Apostle John highlighted in his vision recorded at 💎Revelation 21:1, 2; 💎Revelation 3:12. A new heaven and a new earth that will be created was also mentioned at 💎Isaiah 65:17; 66:22 and 💎2 Peter 3:13. Are we to believe that God is creating a new heaven and a new earth for nothing, for it to just sit around and not be inhabited? God does everything with a purpose and for a purpose. So don’t let the false teachings of the church and it’s pastors/preachers appointed by the ruler of this world (💎1 John 5:19 read the rest for full context) tell you all the saints are going to heaven and the ungodly are going to “hell”. God will do what he had always done to the ungodly and the unrighteous in the days of Noah and the flood and in Sodom and Gomorrah…and back in biblical times….He destroyed every last one of them. They are not burning in hell someplace, they were destroyed. He will do the same to the ungodly inhabiting this earth today. And what kind of earth can the earthly bound saints look forward to? Peace on earth 💎Revelation 21:3, 4. Free of the wicked and the unrighteous 💎Psalm 37:9. Bible lesson you were not expecting. Go in search of Bible truth for yourselves people by reading, studying and meditating on God’s word. Pray for the guidance of Holy Spirit and for wisdom and discernment and faith. The Churches are apart of Babylon the Great, get out of her if you do not want to be destroyed. Word of warning to the wise.

Thank you for that very deep and important message, I never thought about how significant was that rooster in that event in Peter's life. Always think about how he felt after listening that rooster and remember at the same time what Adon YESHUA told him is going to happen, and is BEAUTIFUL to know that it advertises the end of that really difficult and terrible moment that brought Peter to realize his weakness, and this is as you said a very important lesson for all of us, Thank you, I learn every time more and more with you TEACHINGS and messages, SHALOM!!!

I heard many sermons but this explanations makes me laugh when i heard Peter's chicken or Peter's rooster 🐓😁 i loved how you explained it..

God rebukes those whom He loves. Humble yourself before Yeshua because He will come and will judge us all accordingly.

@@codyvandal2860 Actually his name AND the name of his Father will be written on the forehead of the ones who are sealed…The anointed ones chosen to fight the war of Armageddon and co-rule with our Messiah. That is what is says at 💎Revelation 14:1. Those chosen one will be who get to go to heaven (the 144,000). No everyone is going to heaven. False Teachings of the church. Earth will be our home…for majority of us saints when Jesus returns and God restores the earth to what he originally intended for it to be when he created Adam and Eve who got expelled from the Garden of Eden. 💎Genesis 1:28; 💎Genesis 9:1; God did not create the earth for nothing but for us to inhabit it says 💎Isaiah 45:18; 💎Psalm 104:5; 💎Psalm 37:29; 78:69; 119:90. And inhabiting a peaceful earth will be the just reward for the righteous and the meek says 💎Matthew 5:5; 💎Psalm 37:11 and 💎Psalms 115:16. Yes this will be the home for most (earthly bound ones). 👇🏾 The heavenly bound ones will be the holy ones of the Most High who God’s Kingdom will be handed over to Jesus Christ the ruler of that Kingdom…rulership rest on his shoulders 💎Isaiah 9:6 and his Co- rulers, the 144,000 anointed ones chosen by the Most High…The sealed ones mentioned at 💎Revelations 14:1(the chosen few with Jesus and his Father’s name written on their forehead). Jesus’s disciples are among the 144,000 who will co-rule with Christ. These are the holy ones the Kingdom will be handed over to as stated at 💎Daniel 7:27. These holy ones will unite with Jesus in heaven as co-rulers, as “co-Shepherds” as told to us at 💎Revelation 20:6. They will rule over those holy ones, the saints, the meek ones who will be residing on earth. Remember in the Lord’s Prayer at 💎Matthew 6:9, 10? We pray for God’s Kingdom to come and for his will to take place on earth and it is in heaven. And I am sure you recall the Scriptures saying there will be a new heaven and a new earth as Apostle John highlighted in his vision recorded at 💎Revelation 21:1, 2; 💎Revelation 3:12. A new heaven and a new earth that will be created was also mentioned at 💎Isaiah 65:17; 66:22 and 💎2 Peter 3:13. Are we to believe that God is creating a new heaven and a new earth for nothing, for it to just sit around and not be inhabited? God does everything with a purpose and for a purpose. So don’t let the false teachings of the church and it’s pastors/preachers appointed by the ruler of this world (💎1 John 5:19 read the rest for full context) tell you all the saints are going to heaven and the ungodly are going to “hell”. God will do what he had always done to the ungodly and the unrighteous in the days of Noah and the flood and in Sodom and Gomorrah…and back in biblical times….He destroyed every last one of them. They are not burning in hell someplace, they were destroyed. He will do the same to the ungodly inhabiting this earth today. And what kind of earth can the earthly bound saints look forward to? Peace on earth 💎Revelation 21:3, 4. Free of the wicked and the unrighteous 💎Psalm 37:9. Bible lesson you were not expecting. Go in search of Bible truth for yourselves people by reading, studying and meditating on God’s word. Pray for the guidance of Holy Spirit and for wisdom and discernment and faith. The Churches are apart of Babylon the Great, get out of her if you do not want to be destroyed. Word of warning to the wise.

@@CS-dn8rd Jesus talks many times about hell. An outer darkness of much weeping and gnashing of teeth. And the Book of Revelation says that idolators, murderors, liars, sorcerors, whoremongers, etc all get thrown into a lake of fire to be tormented forever with the beast and satan and the false prophet. Why do you say there is no hell? (gehenna) There will be a new heaven and new earth of course. But my understanding is that Christ will rule on earth for 1,000 years before Armageddon?

How great is His love for us. We are so privileged to be loved by our Father. Then to have Him die for us and chase us down when we were His enemies, and He is constantly correcting and helping us along this narrow path, that we tend to get off of, so often. Oh how awesome Jesus is EVERYTHING, we are not. 😭. Our security is not in our promises to God, but His promises to us”. Thank you for this amazing revelation/teaching, revealing Jesus’s love. The Father’s intend is to reveal His love for us, not to expose us, but more to reveal His awesome, deep, wide, love for us, hat we can’t even begin to comprehend. the rooster crowed for Peter, indicating his long night was almost over. How amazing is His love, His grace, His outrageous love for us. This message is so deep on Jesus’s love for us 😭 oh that we would know and encounter His love more and more. Powerful teaching. I’m undone. Oh how great is our savior’s love for us. Thank you!
