I started in 2013. Scalping! In 2017, my PTD career kicked off with proper capital. The next year, I was over a hundred K in losses over that 10 years. But, once I got it down, in line and found my footing, I was able to earn that back inside of 6 months. Basically it took 10 years to lose $100K as a students, and 6 months to earn 100K as a pro trader!

Kudos! Indeed I have to admit if you have a good risk management strategy and approach the market the right way it can be very lucrative… although I make more off NFP, I made over $289K since August last year!

Don’t be fooled with so much reward also risks. I was, and really still am, a complete rookie at this stuff. I made my share of mistakes before starting for sure but I’m trying to improve little by little hence I know the need for professional guidance.

​@@eclipsegt0023you must first know his method and understand the market the way he does, and then, you'll get your answer my brother. he doesn't have any golden setup, he always sees the market as the way it really is, and that is 80 percent of all breakout attempts fail, and when you learned how to trade them, i mean fade them, you are gonna be a profitable trader

Al Brooks really is in a league of his own when it comes to teaching pricing action. Many traders are profitable because of him.

Al ❤ seeing him smiling about his children and grandbabies is adorable. I am so excited to work through his next series of books! I anticipate the challenge will take me a year + for the first read through haha

Everyone has different personalities and different skills and needs to find what works best for them. Anyone can make tons of money in the market. Al is fantastic, but 2000 charts and patterns? How can you assimilate that?? It's too much despite his awesome PA / TA knowledge but I can't use that (I can boil it down to 10 most profitable setups but his intellect and trading acumen is next level!!).

In my opinions breakout trades best to trail stop bar by bar because breakout bars almost never fall below of previous bar and no point keeping stop far aways at beginning of breakout

On every bar you can decide best probability for taking long, short with apropriate stop... it all depends on the phase of the market cycle (BO, channel,TR) Support/resistances, etc..... , and Always in Long/Short direction.... any bar can be signal bar, if you can put it in right context... but that doesnt mean, you have to... :)

Hi, I have made a robot to check the strategies of Al Brooks. Through the tests, I realized that the probability of winning in the strategies introduced by Al Brooks is 33.4% and not 40%.

Definitely Al lost the interviewer somewhere when he started to discuss real price action , you can see his frustration of not understanding what Al is talking about.

I have never seen a trader as open and transparent as Liliana with her clients. The way she decides to make a profit for her clients. She allows you to express your fears and she still rests your fears and that is my respect. I don't normally comment on videos. but this word should be included. She is really cool

He did a few on the 15 second chart and posted it on his KZread channel.

I have read all of Al's materials (Futures magazine articles, and books), and definitely see some value in them; but the description of this podcast is way over the top to the point of being personality cultish and, to be frank, a little creepy. He is NOT the "godfather of price action." Many of his ideas were around way before he started trading. He is (apparently--we have no definite evidence) a profitable trader who has made a great side income selling books, websites, and other seemingly useful materials. Nothing wrong with that, but there is no need to get carried away.

One day's trading might be nice to a novice, but wouldn't you agree that a trader who is interested in demonstrating his legitimacy would release to the public years of verified brokerage statements? Has he ever done that? Not to knock the guy, but plenty of traders have traded live in front of a paying audience. @@emr9411

There is no substantive evidence that Al Brooks is even a profitable trader. He has never revealed his long term trading metrics. All of his videos and marketing is based on theory and after-the-fact critique. He has built a great marketing strategy, but has thus far refused to disclose his long term trading performance.
