I love watching your vids in the middle of the night, when i cant sleep

This camera ticks so many boxes and the footage looks unreal, but I was really hoping for a wider FOV. Great vid and riding as ever and I do prefer the look vs the 360 cams 👍

Chest mount is the best IMO. I can see how much the bike moves around and loses grip. The vertical needed the view mode changed to portrait to use a full phone screen.

Chin Mount for the win for me, best of both worlds. I guess I need this camera now. Anyone interested in a GO 2? 😂

Wow so many repeats I had to do. Some of those features were so sweet. Also watching the train on trails is so much fun: almost like I’m there. Chin mount/helmet mount for sure when following behind people, the chest mount I find kind of annoying to watch. It’s fun every once and a while just for a different view, specifically when your alone it’s more ok. I prefer the helmet mount. Also the dusk shots and rain shots, wow that camera did amazing in those low light modes. I’m surprised you don’t use that goofy looking 360 x3 (even though it makes some really nice videos) Keep up the videos, so much fun to watch, also like how you don’t make everything all click bait(y) 🙌🏻

Thanks so much! I agree with you on all of this 100%! I also use the x3, just not for this video. It also looks much less goofy and follows the trail better if you mount it horizontally. I have a video specifically about this with some tips! 🙂🤟

Agreed, I think helmet looks better on the steeper trails but chest shows speed and flow better than anything!

Low light stabilization is amazing! Does it not have horizon lock?

Hello mark, I just got my Ace Pro and can't find how to rotate the footage 180 degrees after recording with the top of the camera facing downwards on the chest strap. Is there a way to do that on Insta360 app?

@@MarkMatthewsMTB You can't select vivid in Pure Video, but you can in Video and Freeframe modes. Would be great if you wouldn't mind double checking as I have he Ace Pro and would like to copy your settings? Thank you, and great vid!

No cropping, this is the widest possible setting on the camera and the only editing is colour.

Damn, I hate helmet mounts that aren't chin bar as it feels like someone is flying a drone down the trail and it's just not fun to watch

@@MarkMatthewsMTB Beware that orientation lock doesn't work if you are wearing the camera upside down as most people would when chin mounted, you therefore have to leave it switched off and end up with about 1 in 5 videos upside down. I'm going to write insta360 an email but would be great if you were to point it out to them too - as someone with more clout 👍
