The friend in the flashback who abandoned Dong-eun when she was bullied, is the girl in the shop, the same girl who was bullied after Dong-eun dropped out. That was why Dong-eun did not even acknowledge her, or say anything about her being bullied when she went back to the gym to tell Yeon-jin that she was her dream. Her best friend in high school betrayed and abandoned her, only to become the next victim herself, and remained a victim for her whole adult life.

At 11:20, the doctor called Dong-eun to inform her that it was Jae-jun who raped So-hee and got her pregnant, that was why he asked the doctor to see So-hee’s body. It may also incriminate him in So-hee’s murder once the authorities find out the fetus is his. That was my opinion on that scene
