The epic conclusion to Andrew Lloyd Webber's triumph, The Phantom of The Opera. The Phantom drags Christine down once more to his lair.
From Phantom of The Opera at the Royal Albert Hall (2011): In celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera, Cameron Mackintosh produced a unique, spectacular staging of the musical on a scale which had never been seen before. Inspired by the original staging by Hal Prince and Gillian Lynne, this lavish, fully-staged production set in the sumptuous Victorian splendour of London's legendary Royal Albert Hall features a cast and orchestra of over 200, plus some very special guest appearances.

Sierra's "what kind of life have you known?" is the part that gets me every time. She says it with so much sorrow, but understanding as well. It just encompases the lonliness of the phantom that we'll never be able to fully know.
God, I love how Raoul comforts Christine after running to her, whispering “I’m here”😭🥰. And how the Phantom looks completely defeated before Christine kisses him, and then so surprised when she does) For heaven’s sake, these three… Sierra is one of the most brilliant actresses I’ve seen, Hadley is my favourite Raoul of them all, it’s so obvious how much his Raoul loves Christine, and Ramin is the only actor who got me to love the Phantom and feel genuinely sorry for him by the end)
Ramin sierra and Hadley all deserve awards for most dramatic Albert hall of phantom of the opera
This scene absolutely broke me when I watched it for the first time. And when I watch it now, I realize that I still feel pain because of it. All the pain of the three characters in this scene breaks out and it is impossible not to sympathize with them (especially The Phantom and Christine). All three are broken, all three just want a quiet life and love. I really appreciate the moments when, for example, The Phantom, despite his terrible actions, looks at Christine like an unhappy child who just asks for love and does not understand what he's doing wrong. Christine worries about her fiancé and at the same time in her eyes compassion and pain for Erik. She has been through a lot and wants peace of mind, but she also wants happiness for others (one of the reasons why I love Christine). And Raoul just wants to take his beloved girl and leave, but if anything, he's ready to die for her. "The final lair" is so strong and the music is gorgeous. I'm not sure that I felt so many feelings while watching a musical. Special thanks to Ramin, Sierra and Hadley, who conveyed emotions ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY. These three definitely deserve the praise of the world for their performance. Wonderful cast, thank you!
Ramin is generally the best phantom of all time and no one would be able to perform the parts so mentally anymore. Sierra , in my opinion, sings the best majority, It is to her skill that I am striving now.!❤
I find no worthy english word to describe the chemistry and acting choices these three made, they made this act so much more dramatic and real. Wish we could see all three of them again on stage soon
Give these three an Oscar, please! The Phantom of the Opera is one of my favorites and this cast did such an amazing job. I wish them the best in whatever they do. This scene gives me goosebumps.

Oscar’s only go to motion pictures. This was the 25th Anniversary show at the Royal Albert Hall in the UK.
this cast it's literally perfection
Having been a school principal, I took seniors in high school to NYC 41 times. I was able to witness this phenomenal production 28 times, and never tired of the magical moments.
The chemistry these 3 have is amazing . The ending with Christine looking back at the broken phantom, unsure if she's made the right choice. Raoul seems to hesitating to move her, as if with one wrong move she'll go back to Erik. They all set the stage for Love Never Dies. I would love to have all 3 in the sequel and then the story would be complete.
