UK glazier here , all I kept saying was wrong.wrong.wrong, the way u pitched and where, the way u lifted to the pitch, the glazing of it but saying that it went in without a getting a shower lol

Depends on your union in local 1087 NYC a first year makes $21 an hr but we're getting a raise in a few months so that will change for everyone

Union doesn’t want a single person lifting mode than 50 pounds so yes a 200 pound light would need 4 people to meet those guidelines

I've only been doing this 2 years and believe me I know those are important, how about getting down mirrors so glued to the wall you have to hammer them out? Yeah you'll want some eye protection lol.
