Maybe she COULDN'T really give her heart to the 2nd guy bc, although he loved HER, he was only a substitute for the ML.... It happens like that, sometimes. ...and NOT "evil," just emotionally honest enough to know that if she "settles" for less than love, they will BOTH end up unhappy.

oh my god!!!....this is such a boring, repetitive trope. Childhood friends separated, FL with dead toxic family and a brother burden, ML with rich arrogant family fighting for inheritance, ML doctor gets removed cuz his hands start shaking, FL cook loses sense of taste, ML & FL are in a car accident, ML & FL get completely badly broken everytime someone dies in the hospital, ML does not confess cuz he thinks FL was his bestfriend's love, FL doesn't say anything i dont know y, the ending was descent. ML and stepbro resolve their issues, evil granny prob dies. ML n FL get together.

Of course everything is God's plan, not to destroy us but for our own betterment. So why do u have to always blame God? God forbid but it's totally wrong. K hoping you will improve
