Every part of dismantling that motor was a struggle. Because of you I got a hydraulic gear puller. I've used it twice so far and just that has already paid for itself. This was a very tough job and inspiring work.

The bearing will go on easier if she warms it up with a torch or fire and use something to grab it so she doesn’t get burned. Then it will go on the shaft easily with little effort. When it cools down it will not come off

proprio nuovo non direi, tanto per cominciare i cuscinetti non li ha cambiati e dopo il trattamento smonta e rimonta c'è da sperare che tengano, poi una bella termica (salvamotore) non so se c'è in un posto del genere... comunque bel video e bella ragazzotta!

Руки может и золотые, но приделаны почему-то к жопе, шутка😁😁😁. А если серьезно подшипник так не насаживают либо через специальную оправку (трубу с мягким металлом), либо подшипник греют индуктором. После такой насадки подшипников на ротор они прослужат не долго. Далее насаживание шкива, бить молотком по шкиву нельзя от этого шкив может лопнуть или деформироваться, только через мягкий боек, на крайний случай положи дощечку. На видео хорошо видно как деформировалась шпонка при забивании и вмятины на шкиве. Провода резать ножницами - это моветон есть же кусачки, секторные ножницы в конце концов☹. Честно сказать за такой ремонт стыдно😞. Если ставить оценку за ремонт то это три с минусом по пятибалльной шкале. В общем и целом недочеты в работе есть, оснастку для ремонта необходимо развивать. Есть куда развиваться. Не понимаю этих восхищенных отзывов. Отставляйте конструктивную критику.

Главное что она сразу осознала ошибку и не стала бить по внешней обойме. Бить по внутренней можно, если аккуратно. Сам много раз аккуратно насаживал подшипники на вал - всё пашет годами. Там главно по кругу бить, и не со всей дури. По шкиву согласен. Если он чугунный - то может лопнуть.
