he was technically involved in this weird "drama" related to Mesa Boogie Cab-Clone though because Pete was demo-ing for Mesa and when Andirons did unfavorable review for it they took it down and re-uploaded with Pete present....such a weird video

That November Burst is my favourite. I've been in love with it ever since I saw the first pic of Slash playing one.

Holy bangers! That LP anaconda burst with GOLD KNOBS is what ive have been waiting all my life, ordering one NOW!!!

Things I've learned from this video: - Pete used to seduce people with his abs before he started doing so with his guitar playing; - The anaconda burst comes with gold knobs, despite any rumors you might hear/read.

Danish Pete gives such wonderful demos.

Well I guess if you put it that way I stand corrected. I like Slash’s playing more than Pete’s now. I forgot about all of his songs.what was I thinking? This has actually changed the whole way I look at music!! Greg Koch? Phhhhh he’s nothing compared to the legendary Taylor Swift... I’m finally understanding how to really appreciate music.

My favorite slash les paul has always been the plain tops he played in the early 90s.

I gotta say though. That Marshall AFD 100 is the star of this video. It’s so angry & crisp. Wish every modern Marshall would make those sounds.

How has Lee not ever seen Slash play acoustic? I've seen him do so a zillion times and he's fuckin awesome, bending two steps up flawlessly regardless of what type of guitar he's playing, and bringing new dimensions to some great classics, esp from Snakepit and SMKC.

Those gold knobs that come as standard on the anaconda burst are sweeet.

I'm amazed how good these guitars sound!

I loved the gold knobs on the green guitar.

The anaconda burst looks amazing. The flame and finish on it just looks perfect to me. As far as Slash playing acoustic. He does... quite a lot. And he’s amazing on it too for a man that is best known for being a legendary electric rocker. The J45’s have never done it for me though. They sound amazing but give me an SJ-200 over one any day.

The Les Pauls sound like Les Pauls but that acoustic was so very sweet! Eagerly awaiting Ben's review!

You're right Lee, Slash used SCO'M to practice, and was pratting around trying to get Duff to laugh. He thought it sounded like circus music, and he used to hate playing it live haha

Never played sweet child at a gig or since this vid i bet. Great playing as always Pete.

Lee, the tones that comes out of the AFD guitar are some of the best guitar tones I've heard! You can buy all the equipment, but tone is in the fingers, as we all know. (Top) hats off!

Anaconda burst green should absolutely come with the gold knobs. I’m looking at this guitar myself and will have to swap them out if I go with LP over SG

I think the time has arrived for sites such as these to be edited as in ‘ It is now our practice to delete all hate and insult comments ‘ That would be a good thing. Nobody needs to hear from these people anymore. It’s become ugly. Their depressing negative/hate shit should no longer have a platform on the internet, it’s helping no one. That was a custom shop plain top model. Perry’s has already had a custom shop signature model. Then we already have had a tobacco regular Slash standard from Gibson USA. Now we have... This. I think Gibson has lost the point, but it’s not a news.

I love these guys’ chemistry. I’d love to see Rob and Pete do a video together sometime, too (when The Cap is out, though he’s great, especially as an interviewer).

Have to be honest Lee, I’m glad that these have the 50s neck shape and not the “slim-tater” neck... I find the slim-tater one is much easier to “chip”, although it does sound quite “crisp”, especially when it’s “roasted”. That’s what it “boils” down to for me. 😜 Sorry... I’ll get my coat.

I’m just a unashamedly a Gibson and Slash fanboy and I want that November burst (based on Joe Perry’s 59 Slash owned for a while and used in the video) ...... my bank manager has never laughed that hard in his life. At least I brightened his day.

If you can play like Pete then you make any guitar desirable. I sit for four hour a day going through scales in hope on my purple tele. Dudes a great player.

Nice opening number chaps, it reminded me of a twin guitar assault by the likes of Thin Lizzy.

I always have to listen to Danish Pete to really tell if a guitar is worth it. The Captain is good as well.

I have a slash custom shop with the piezo since a long time, a great guitar....; I received the vermilion burst yesterday, bought it although I have a CS at home just because it was love at first sight with the red finition..... awesome sound on clean and gain channels, and despite the rosewood fretboard quite inferior in terms of quality compared to the Custom Shop..... I prefer the new one, thanks yo the pickups....; can't keep both, I'll sell the custom shop .... those new models are winners !!!

J-45 was Elvis's favorite acoustic and the original acoustic was a Elvis inspired accreditation to his legacy and the original was an Epiphone Dove made for Elvis to initiate song writers and musicians...and was used on the Appetite for Destruction album.The guitar was registered in Graceland Music store in Memphis Tennessee....It was however destroyed at the end of the recording for unknown reasons...
