Idk... like how do I even express this to someone who hasn't played the games? Google 'John Hancock romance' or something. This franchise is for the freaks, it always has been, and ghouls can be weirdly hot, ok? Sue me, I'm 27 and I'll fancy a half-dead walking corpse with a hot voice if I want to.
I was inspired by a couple of truly iconic videos that I'll link below, I actually did an edit with an entirely different song but the vibe wasn't dark enough to do justice to my editing OR the games so I started over from scratch. I feel like this one is gloomy and soulful in a way that's so perfect, it won't be for everyone but I personally love this band in all forms
I've also been reading more fanfic than I have in a long, LONG time... It's been an actual age since I've been obsessed with something and it's a breath of fresh air! I just love the retro-futuristic aesthetic, the soundtrack, all of it!!
Also...
I can't even express how long this took to export and upload. The file size was actually insane LMFAOOOO and my laptop is on it's last legs after nearly a decade of loyal service but for some reason I decided quality of footage was more important than my sanity?? Even though I know from experience that YT always mucks it up??? (Especially with vignettes)

I love how the thumbnail is completely different to the tone of this lmao but seriously this was gorgeous super atmospheric and the most unique Lucy and Ghoul vid I've seen you used so many scenes others haven't and showed the parallels plus the connection of these two and their histories/darkness. Loved every second and great choice of band Radiohead just have that quality for this kind of story
