The Ghosts of Haunted Destrehan Plantation | A Paranormal Investigation

Ойын-сауық

We visit the haunted Destrehan Plantation to learn about the history and conduct a paranormal investigation to see what sort of activity is there. There have been lots of sightings and stories about seeing ghosts, doors opening on their own, items being thrown across the room, etc.
Huge thanks to Executive Director Tracy Smith from Destrehan Plantation for having us come and check out the beautiful property, learn the history of the place and people there, and conduct our investigation.

What an amazing experience this was to not only learn about this history of this place, but I learned about the Slave Revolt of 1811 which I had never known before. There are daily tours here, and they go in depth about what life was like back then and some of the terrible things that happened. Thank you for checking this video out!

I feel like all these words and phrases that are spoken through the machine are little pieces of energy left over throughout the years. Such an awesome interaction.

When I went to a plantation my grandfather grew up in, I’ve always had a weird feeling and been trying to investigate. If only I could get my digital voice recorder to work, even though it has unused batteries in it. 😑

Agreed, it is unfortunate outcome from using the mini tripod I had with it. I’ve since switched cameras and no longer use it. But yeah, I wasn’t happy with that noise either 😂

SLAVE, NOT " ENSLAVED PERSON" And slavery still exists in African nations, Middle East, Isam. No one is concerned about that though. Hypocrites.
