The Ghost of a Confession (Elizabeth and Anne)

Ойын-сауық

In the past, her mother's true and last confession was written; for the world to know. Now, that confession is in the hands of Elizabeth; every single word touches her heart, and the memories of her mother are now more than alive. Now Elizabeth can see the image of her mother in every corner of the realm; in silence, showing her the pain she suffered.

Can we all agree that both mother and daughter are in heaven holding each other tightly not scared no more but in peace ? Beautiful vid by the way! My heart aches for these both strong women. 💔💔Ripped away from each other on earth but now holding each other tightly for ever!❤

And Elizabeth also is with Robert in Heaven. They live happily together, far away from a treacherous court. ❤️ Their souls rest in peace while Henry's is inside a rat

So sad. Anne Boleyn's death (and that of her brother and others) were completely unjust, from a cruel tyrannical government that had little regard for human life. From what I understand, Anne was imprisoned in the White Chapel, where she had to look upon the deaths of her brother and others before her own execution. And, look at Henry Vlll. How many affairs did he have while married to his six wives? While people just looked the other way? Read your history books, which will show that Henry begat many children out of wedlock. What a bastard Henry Vlll was, so heartless, to immediately seek out the next woman, Jane Seymour, while waiting for the cannon shot that would tell him Anne Boleyn was dead? And the King's advisors, especially Thomas Cromwell, was a monster of a human being to so blatantly accuse Anne of crimes she didn't commit, merely to get rid of her. Women in the 16th century got no respect, even a queen.

Your words are true, you explained really well the injustices of the Era of Henry the VIII, what he did was unforgivable, and indeed, women in the 16th century never experienced respect nor value in a world that was dominated by greed, power, and cruelty.

There's no real evidence that Cromwell accused Anne of anything, and that he only worked on that whole thing after Henry ordered him to. Also, the amount of affairs Henry had is extremely exaggerated. He had maybe 4-8 affairs, which for a king is extremely little. And of those, he had one proven child, there are no other proven children of his. He treated his wives horribly, but your argument being based on his affairs is deeply flawed, since he didn't have many by comparison.

Henry Viii was a spoiled, arrogant prick, but Anne Boleyn wasn't exactly an innocent victim. Oh yes, it was wrong to charge her with incest and behead her brother. But I always saw her conviction and execution as karma for her actions against Catherine of Aragon and Mary.

  • @emma2425

She did nothing to Catherine. She was cruel to Mary because Mary was a threat, and Mary did the same to Elizabeth. Henry did everything to Catherine. Anne just refused to be his mistress.

It did no good that Anne Boleyn confessed her innocence... she was guilty from the first word go, from a court that did not appoint her any attorney to defend her. A male dominated court, of course, peopled with men who made all the laws that determined whether someone was guilty or not. If Anne's ghost haunts the Tower, she has good reason to be there... to remind people of her cruel and unjust death. The same would be true of other women tried and put to death here: Lady Jane Grey, Lady Salisbury, Anne Askew. (Who was burned at the stake after torture on the rack ruined her limbs so she could not walk. Her crime? preaching Protestantism from the pulpit).

The music you chose, I think, shows the emotion Elizabeth would have felt the ever she thought of her family and especially her mother. It must have been traumatic to have to see the people, her father especially, who murdered her mother and the not be able to gain justice for her mother other than to rule as queen. All I can hope is that if God is real that he gives Anne's murderers what they deserve.

It's so sad what happened to Queen Anne Boleyn and her daughter Princess Elizabeth 1st and having to look into the eyes of her own father who had her murdered cause she didn't produce a male air and he was so vindictive he couldn't see her with anyone else he had her be headed for that reason it's so cruel ,I hope he rolls over in his own undoing.hope god sees fit to punish that mad king...

This is a very well-done, poignant video. Elizabeth was Henry 10x better and Anne 100%. Henry deserved every trial that ever befell him for his treatment of the women who actually, truly loved him. Katherine, Anne, Margaret Pole. The rest were just placeholders or vanity cards. He was ruthless and Elizabeth was always a star pupil.

Love how they did this from two separate videos but it came out just as we would want, don't forget about the ring on Elizabeth's finger at her death showing a 'claps, (top of the ring opened) showing the tiny picture of her mother 'Anne just before that psycho lady killer Henri 8th had her murdered on trumped up charges. The 1st Queen in Europe to be executed but in England under his rule not the last, he even had the elderly lady Margaret Pole Countess of Salsbury the last & then eldest Plantagenete alive, she didn't die easily, she ducked & dived untill it took eleven strokes of the axe to dispatch her, in a letter found by a maid she'd claimed "I'l not go as a lamb to the slaughter, I am what Henry has to kill to be!

This was so beautiful. Poor Anne and Elizabeth. Never got to truly have her mother by her side. Natalie Dormer did a beautiful job of her portrayal of Anne L love almost everything this actress does. I hope Henry is having his toes burned in Hell. I am sure he did many good things but the important life and death decisions he was very cruel!! I don’t think Anne ever sees him in the afterlife. He hopefully is burning in hell. Just my opinion. Ann is with her daughter now. ❤️👵🏻👍
