I think: The ghost car wreck is like after an accident which is why it honks, and when the car drives around and kills you, it is get revenge (possibly thinking you did it because the accident was caused by someone driving around at night), and the bells are for like the funeral of the driver. Edit #1: (thanks KZread CIA for this suggestion) The haunted house is where the driver used to live at Edit #2: (Thanks to @SuperSalmon1237 for this suggestion) The ghost car driver was buried, but the town was plagued by the ghost car at night. Thinking it was the driver’s curse, they dug him up, cut him into pieces(so the driver cannot drive), separated the parts into the body bags (which were found In last episode of this map), and threw him in the blood lake, a Normal lake at the time. After a bit, the water got into the bags of severed parts, letting the blood out, and causing the lake to turn blood red. The townsfolk theory about cutting the driver up was wrong, and the ghost was angrier than ever. The driver then vowed to destroy any vehicle that he came across for revenge of what the townsfolk did to him(or her)

Camodo, the reason your Sunburst stops accelerating after a small crash is because the ESC keeps kicking in, turn it to Sport or off entirely.
