If you would have told me 20 years ago, that it is possible to recognize a country by a random street photo, I would have thought you are joking or crazy. But it doesn't end there. Nowadays, these geniuses are able to recognize the region, the city, and even sometimes the correct street. It's still unbelievable to me, no matter how often I watch such videos.

@jasperpercabeth9140 honestly this just sounds like an insult to geoguessr players. Real researchers oftentimes are honestly kind of stupid. Just a few months of hardcore studying about the right things would also get you into second or third year biology student's knowledge and I acknowledge that as a biology student. A few months more would get you to the level of an average master's student, people screw around in university and barely study sometimes Some of those people are the researchers in return, the elo-based matchmaking IRL is honestly really lax some people squeak through and procede to pick up the minimum required for a job GeoGuessr at this level is an insane skill you need to admit that, just like playing piano with insane speeds is genius. There's different kinds of it

After watching geoguessr videos for some time i got some of the same ideas as you, but the fact that I did not recognise Slovakia despite me living here my entire life is mindblowing for me. Huge respect man for knowing so much about our world

For your elite level NMPZ works well, although for the normal player I'd recommend NM, as panning and zooming can really add another dimension of fun to this map! Nice to have the potential for 5ks too, like in Malta (although there are more difficult rounds overall)
