dont give misinformation. roger bannister never said that he could break 4 minute mile barrier using power of subconscious. He could break it bcoz he was not aware of the popular belief among docs that if a man try to break 4 minute barrier his body would explode if he runs so fast. The same is not written in the book as well. Guys this is a very good book about how to tap unlimited potential of our subconscious mind. Read the book only and avoid meaningless video summary of such kind.
