Isolated issue or not, kaso lang representation ng isang branch ang buong Geely as a whole. Yon ang mahirap kasi one branch mayhem, may affect all. Kaya dapat hindi magpabaya ang kahit isang branch in regard to addressing customer concerns. Kasi aminin na natin na kapag maganda experience natin, bihira tayo magshare, pero kapag panget, ang bilis mag viral. Napabayaan kasi nila yung car sa init at ulan, may mga basura sa loob etc. Wala atang car owner ang makakapagtimpi at makakapag contain ng inis non, hence negative feedback. If hindi pa nacall out, hindi naman maaaddress din.

My issue with Geely and all other Chinese brands is how the Company culture on quality control. If they discover a defect, do you think they will issue a proper recall? Remember China is country of facade and shortcuts. I won't mind buying a China made car, as long as the brand is Japanese.

+1 madami lang talaga di mo maintindihan paano napunta sa Geely e ang ayus2x ng service nga mga Japanese car.

Ok naman yung geely..ang problema dyan yung mga tao nagmamanage dun sa casa..mali ng ilang empleyado..nadamay ang buong brand…by the way loyal toyota customer here hehehhe…JDM #1….

this maybe an isolated case but the whole organization (the geely philippines) should have an overall monitoring and reporting system for all of their casas to check for issues like these such as long uncompleted/undelivered services to their existing customers since this will affect the image of their company as what happened here.

@@alexvtan same reason i only stick with known brand. Have both korean and japanese car and i have no issues at all. Except with korean brand mahal ang piyesa...

Mga sirs, sobrang Ganda ng podcast ninyo, npaka informative and daming lessons akong na learn, my suggestion is kung kakain kayo while naka on air is dapat may tig iisa kayong lalagyan ng pagkain, kz i observed na nakadisturb xa sa Ganda ng inyong cast. God Bless.

I have toyota vios fortuner and navara but I'm using geely coolray as daily drive wala pa nmn prob as of now and sobrang bilis ng service sa Casa (Geely Baliuag) I think this is a Isolated casa issue and I dont care kung masira may pampagawa nmn. Ang mahirap is ung walang nasisira meaning walang ginagamit 😂

not all car are worse. Swerte at malas. Isuzu trooper after 6 months nagkaproblema kami noon. Toyota rusj also we also expwrience. too. Oa naman criticism

@@basicsteps it's OK, I said, they also use their own brands. I just wanted to emphasize they are not fan of Japanese Cars.. Also, if you go to Europe, for some reason, they treat Japanese cars are some 'cheap cars'.. Don't get me wrong, I am a current owner of Honda and Toyota. But man, my family can really feel the superb performance of Geely compared to my other cars.

Kayo lang kase mga nakabili ng made in China dina kayo mga nadala.. Disposable made in China ha ha ha! Geely wala yan sa Xpander ko Nlex hindi siya umubra sa Xpander ko lalo sa paakyat waley yan Geely ng Friend ko.. Sisi tuloy bakit yung napili niya!
