And I'm so glad you made improvisations with their looks, like you did the first time around! Your first portrayal of the Sides after I purpled my hair inspired US! We knew from that point on that Virgil needed those purple sneakers cause it looked SO GOOD in your portrayal! I really feel like, back in 2017, at the same time you were figuring out your style, we were still feeling our way through the series. And we've been fans of yours ever since. I'm not sure if this was intentional but I like how Thomas is the only one who is standing on his two feet while the others are all either floating or standing on one foot. It makes him seem more... real? Like he's actually standing still, more complete almost. It kinda makes him stand out a bit even tho he's one of the simpler designs. You should really watch it! I'm a pretty new member of the fandom, and I really do not regret joining. I highly reccomend you start from the beginning and try to avoid spoilers. And try not to read the comments till your caught up with the most recent episode, I learnt that the hard way.

I gotta admit I got a bit teary at the end because I feel the same so hard. Sander Sides is an amazing show that never quits to make me laugh when sad and helps me realize how to deal with my mental health and this Fandom is the sweetest I've ever been in, I live Thomas and all of his friends for giving us such a masterpiece. And the drawing looks amazing, my favorite definetly has to be Remus with his little rat face and comparing this drawing with the last group shot you made of the sides you can really see how much you have improved. Keep the good Job!!! 💕💕💕💕

I think Thomas just really pays attention to what is going on within his fans lives. As well as paying attention to what has been going on in the world, and understanding the base emotions of things. Example: Self care is something that fits perfectly with what is currently going on in the world, and what a lot of people probably need to hear. Working with Anxiety is something that many people can relate to, and so creating an episode around that is something people can relate to. Couple that with the fact many people will gravitate towards things that may deal with those topics during times in which one is dealing with those issues, and the fact that Thomas and the gang know how to create a lot of character development, it makes this very relatable and dynamic form of storytelling ewe

To be honest, I think Virgil is Logan's dark side. It seems to me (take this with a grain of salt, I know nothing) that anxiety is something that can be talked down if you just apply logic (as seen in Negative thinking). Please correct me if I am wrong, education is important.

The art is so good like holy sh- This is so beautiful! I like the fact that the sides are floating and Thomas is standing on the ground. Sometimes I really forget that they are the same person xD And about which one is my favourite, I will let myself quote Roman: "I can't choose among any of my darling babies, so I'm gonna go ahead and say that their all my favourites (...)" I'll be honest here. Sander Sides was also a HUGE thing in my life. It helped me get through a lot. Everytime there was a new episode I would act like a happy, overly excited five yearold and just for a bit, I would forget how hard the life can be sometimes. Sander Sides helped me grow as a person and it continues to. I asked myself recently "why I started watching Sander Sides in the first place". And today after watching this speedpaint I remebered. It wasn't the fact that I knew Thomas from vine, it was you. I saw your first fanart and I thought: "wow that's neat. Wonder where that came from? Gotta check that out" and so I did. I''m so soft right now, because the first video of yours I ever watched was the original "New Costumes!" one of the Core Four Sides from 2017 - just after I'd gotten into the fandom. And when I think about it, it might actually have stayed my personal favourite piece of art in this fandom for the last three?? years, just because of how happy it made me for some reason - the number of times I rewatched the speedpaint would probably weird you out, lol. It wasn't really a conscious favourite but if I were asked to pick one piece of fanart of the Sides at any point, it would have been that one. Idk. Anyway I'm just here to tell you that it's finally been dethroned by its own successor. This is incredible, and your art style is brilliant, and the amount of confidence you've gained is inspiring as hell. Don't stop!

Okay, I'm going to point out some details that I love. 1) The scales on the bottom of Janus' pants, because that's awesome. 2) Patton's bracelets in the colors of the 'Light' sides. 3) The fact that Thomas is the only one of the ground, making him seem more 'real' and physical. 4) Remus' sparkles because that really brings his accessories to life. That is all, but this is an amazing art piece and I love it so much! Keep up the good work!

I have to say, you expressed your feelings, and actually my very similar feelings towards Sanders Sides wonderfully. This show has been just a massive positive influence to so many people and you can tell that each episode comes from the heart of Thomas and his friends. It never fails to make my day brighter. You captured each of the Sides’ characters beautifully and (I think) truthfully in this piece. I believe that it was your speed paint of the new outfits that got me into SS... so thank you for introducing me to this wonderful world of Sanders Sides!!!

Can i just say, when i first saw this fanart on tumblr, i genuinely sat there and gushed about it for at least 20 minutes, noticing all the little details and defining features. I heard through Thomas that you'd done a speedpaint, and checking this out I was certainly not disappointed! Everything you talked about and pointed out was so interesting, and watching the creative process unfold on screen was awesome. So my good sir, I shall say on behalf of the Fanders that you have brought an excellent addition to the community, and here's to many more in the future!

Ahh! I love how each of Pat’s bracelets are the colors of the other lights. And his eyes! The heart thing is adorable. And Janus’s arms! And the tassels on Roman’s shoulders just feel like something he would actually have. And, just, ahhhh. Excuse me while I continue fanboying.

Remus and Janus look so amazing, Patton looks as innocent as he really is, Logan looks how he should, Roman looks very princely, and Virgil looks like the emo teenager we all know he is. All in all, this looks amazing and I love it

I like be how you gave them slightly different body types to fit their characters! you cant really tell with remus and janus because their outfits are very involved, but patton is Extra Chonky, logan is tall and thin, virgil kinda small and scrawny and roman has the whole slim-hipped broad sholdered action hero thing going. Its very subtle, but definitely there. (If you wanted to reach, you could say remus is the shortest to reflect the whole devil chiwawa / screaming toddler vibe, and janus is the talest cuz he’s a loooong snek boi)
