You get like double health, an instant heal, a full resupply from time to time, and a two shot assault rifle with little bullet drop. The horse is 4x faster than sprinting so you can see where this is going. You are essentially a fast af juggernaut with anti-tank capabilities.

The horses are living tanks in this game lol

I see them more like a ground bound little bird that can be killed with bullets. But its only worth to fight them alone if you can hit the head of the horse. Or with explosives

@@gavinwatschke9179 It depends on the player. If you suck playing cavalry, then you're fragile. Same logic if you suck at playing tank hunter compared to those who know how to get a lot of kills with the class.

they actually managed to put cavalry in the game and made it fun to use

Hm never thought the rifle was the best way to get kills for cavalry but it looks like it is!

it really depends, on operations it is very hard to use the meele weapons because you charge into 32 players. And then the terrain plays a huge role too. The safer way to play is the rifle but then you are sometimes vulnerable because you lost speed. I am not sure which can achive a higher kill per minute but with meele you have a higher chance of dieing.

The horse takes time to get used to but once you've mastered it you become unstoppable.

Best match I ever had playing Calvary was 62 kill using only the Lance and it was hilarious!!! Hated the whole match and even received some salty messages 😂

Halfway through, and I gotta say, your aim is impeccable, dude! Amazing!

This infuriates me the most in BF1. Cavalry camping on the perimeter using the sniper rifle. My favorite is when the horse shrugs off a rocket gun to the chest. The most OP weapon in all of battlefield.

that’s cool! Yesterday I did 78 kills and 7 deaths on Passchendale somehow, and I wasn’t camping. I say 93% lance and the rest was the rifle. Good video tho!

@@jb4sh568 Definitely takes skill. I couldn’t put up those #’s. But if there was a reason I would throw my controller out the window, it’s getting owned by the cavalry. Not saying I’ve gone that far….well 😂. Great game and video.

a direct hit from the AT Rocket Gun will one shot cavalry. You must have grazed the cavalry or something. if you use AT Rocket Gun, aim for the horse, not the rider.

I know using the rifle is better than charging with a cavalry lance but its more satisfying lance kills

i use horse on xbox and it's pretty easy. had great games with it. depends on skill level and adaptance

in this case if you didnt notice it was b2b so no vehicles and bolt actions only. about tips its kind of hard its so much. but general dont go head first. you can even use cover if you only show the infantry and not the horse on a dune for example. keep healing watch for at rockets dont fight too many at once. If the enemy can land headshots on the horse you will suffer high damage so try to avoid it.

but how? is this on PC? I keep getting stuck into everything on a horse. It just halts and I get killed quickly.

yes pc but this was b2b server its sometimes easier its also on rotation rn but cq. You just need to practice, set a good infantry fov and change sprint to hold. Ads field of view off gives you zoom if you have a high fov.

Horse really is OP. It's even worse in 200% bullet damage servers. 🤣

By the same logic, you could say that an artillery truck spamming mortars all the way from the back deserves first place because he also got a shitton of kills, despite never helping his team advance forward and wasting a precious tank slot

Played once with cavalry, I saw a sniper hiding in a bush and I ran towards him trying to run over him. But my pacifist horse stopped before the sniper and for some reason didn’t let me move forward, I died in the end
