The Game Referees Failed To Protect Cam Newton Where He Was NEVER The Same Afterwards

Спорт

In week 1 of the 2016 NFL season the Carolina Panthers travelled to Denver in a rematch of the Super Bowl 50. The Broncos defense took a lot of illegal hits at Cam Newton and after the game many questioned if the Broncos defense were playing dirty.

If you're going to blame someone it should be Roger Goodell. He should have stepped in and fined players and refs for the no call on hits to the head. I don't know what cam did to the nfl front office to deserve the no calls on illegal head shots. The nfl is about money, Vegas and their bottom line. I'll say it again even if you deny it, the truth is the nfl is fixed. The outcome is never decided on the field.

It’s only not a problem when it helps your own teams. I know it pisses me off with their inconsistency. Tom Brady a few weeks ago was getting hit high & low everytime he was hit. Bucs d linemen was pushed to the ground and his hand hit the QBs foot and it was called. Again I do appreciate it when it goes our way though Edit: anything Shannon Sharpe says about Brady is just voided cuz he hates Brady lol

I am a Broncos Fan and leading up to the SB I really disliked Cam. But after seeing several clips of him speaking months later I really began to respect him as a man. I am a fan of the era's before strict player safety. This game as a Broncos Fan I liked the defense being physical but felt like the refs were allowing them to play beyond the current rules, like old school football. And I agree, I don't think Cam was ever the same after this game.

Some brutal hits just go look for some of the videos. Granted that's how all qbs in the 90s were hit on most any pass sometimes even when the ball was out of their hands for 1-2 full steps of the Defender on way to crush em. Respect to those dudes

Like dude how the hell was he supposed to feel. Those people asking him question don't care about him. they are only there to get a get a good quote for a blog story. Thats it. The super bowl is what these players work so dam hard for. How do you think they feel if they lose? Here's a fun fact that people will try to deny even after showing proof. The guy that gave cam a hard time that game was sitting almost Diagonal of where cam was sitting. He could here him talk crap about cam. Thats why cam kept looking over behind the camera.
