I think I love his game too much XD
I actually created this video back in 2017, I dont really like publishing my work so I left it at that.
Two years later Klei had released more updates and uploaded more video's, so I decided to update my previous video and leave it at that but I've realised that storing all my projects away for nobody to see is rather counter productive.
So here we are....

If you were wondering what I used to make this video: It's nothing special I'm afraid, just Windows Movie Maker.
There's actually a lot of things in this video that I dislike and wish I could fix...buut then I would be stuck on it for another two years....

the absolute NOSTALGIA THIS VIDEO HOLDS FOR ME
It fits really well since its canon that Wilson keeps dying until he finally gets to the dark throne.
This is absolutely awesome :D It's well edited and probably the best Don't Starve music video I've seen in my 40 minute search.

Omg all of the clips fit so perfectly as if they were made to be seen this way, you are an insanely good editor and it's clear you out a lot of time into this.

Yeah I think i know the one you're talking about, Im pretty sure i saw that one and was like "Oh! that song is Perfect!" And then made my own version
I'm not fond of giving likes, because I find it kind of weird to have that button on some videos colored differently than on others, if that makes sense? But I make an exception here, because damn, I'd be a fool not to.

@@Dr_UwU I keep coming back to this, because it's just so good! Everything is synced so well, and if I had to pick out all the parts I like we'd be here all day- how you sped up some parts to make it fit the beat, a few lyric matches, some that are probably coincidental but regardless still really cool ("didn't have the eyes to read the notes" over Wickerbottom reading, "in my fifth life I supported girls" over Woodie holding Lucy, "though I guess it was a little fun" over Wilson smiling manically, "I was so rich" over Woodlegs finding a chest of treasure, "see how he looks down on us" with Maxwell's head looking down on Wilson's house, "HA!" over the Treeguard screaming, and how "game" seems lipsynced), the scenes with Wilson running with the Slurper, the bridge with the characters all running, and the literally perfect choice of scene for the last verse. Everything just fits together so perfectly that I keep coming back to this even when my interests have cycled away from Don't Starve!

A really long time ago I saw a similar AMV with this song as well (It actually gave me the inspiration to make this one) but it's not the same. We might have seen the same video 🤔😁 Must've been like 2016 or something, it was so long ago
