The Gage Hotel: Luxury Texas Hotel Built In The Middle Of NOWHERE
Today we are having a tour of the famous Gage Hotel in Marathon, Texas. Built in the middle of nowhere, people still flock to this part of Texas to get a chance to stay at this historic hotel.
Clint will be giving a tour of the Gage Hotel and showing us its authentic laid-back luxury and premier accommodations like a recreational area, fitness center, and spa. Not to mention it has top-notch service and a first class dining experience.

Nice find
Gage Hotel looks classic and elegant, it is not easy to preserve it so well! I like the sofa at 8' 16", because I saw a hand, haha! The people at the hotel are great and I'm sure their service must be top notch! After watching the video, I really want to travel to the United States. I hope my dream will come true soon. Thank you Nick very much for sharing! 👍😄🙏👏
USA is so damn rich even in the middle of nowhere we can see a good buildings, infrastructure and business
Such a beautiful and cosy hotel! You're from Texas, right Nick? Awesome Confederate heritage, of which I'm a proud supporter... Even though I'm from the other side of the world 😊🇸🇬
Wow, I didn't expect there to be a piece of furniture made of wood from Indonesia. Yeah, Jati wood is the thickest here. Glad they keep busy with their business. Thanks for the tour, Nick.
I know it's late but I have to say it. Clint's mustache is dope, and his outfit too, also the fact that his name is Clint

You’re right, Clint’s stash is next level lol
What a beautiful, elegant, tastefully decorated hotel in such a small town. Every room is spacious with beautiful wood furniture. One can breathe deeply. Spacious Texas. God bless the USA. 🇺🇸 Thank you for the tour, Nick.

Beautiful place isn’t it! Just takes a while to get there!
Very interesting, nice hotel with very classic country vibe and somehow still can find small Indonesian piece, you can tell just from the old color and Javanese style carving at the bottom cause that's like in every traditional Javanese pillar house. The whole video remind me to Yellowstone tv series.
We are quite proud, there are teak poles at the Gage Hotel there. Thanks for the one block tour of the Gage Hotel. Very wide but the population there is only about 400 people.
What a cool deserted-looking place. But a lot of historical places in Indonesia are scarce of visitors as well. Like when you visited old churces in Eastern Indonesia, or even the forts. I love that you explore the less popular, touristy spots for us to see. Massive hotel complex btw. Beatiful empty spaces. I wonder if they have ghost stories there.
Hi Nick, I love your KZread travel videos

It was a nice place to stay Nick, the hystorical hotel building in Marathon 1927. Specially the ornamen wood structure are from Java (Jati wood) even in Java it was rare wood now days…wowwww. And Clint was a nice person too, he gave his time to showed all around place in hotel. And maybe someday if I come to Texas, US , I would like to stay in that hotel, Nick. Thanks to make this travel video in Marathon, Texas. 👍👌

If you can make it down to that part of Texas you have to stay there!
What an interesting hotel!
Interesting video Nick. The hotel looks cozy, antique and classic. Hopefully this hotel will have more visitors since this town is very quite with 365 population only. Is this town having a good tourism Nick?
Marathon its a cool place, ill go there somedayy
Hi sir, it's me, Rafi from SMP 3 Banda Aceh 😄
Cool 👍
Yayyy!
hey dude.. miss you return to the country 🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩 hope we can meet one day 🤗
Really nice place. Feels like a museum instead of hotel. Didn't expect them to have some wood from Indonesia. And they choose the right one. Nice try to put more ads while your views is going down. I hope it's going back up like how it used to be or better than before once you start travelling again. You definitely need to do something to fix this issue.
Jati wood..original from Java Indonesia..Super Keren..
Almost makes me want to visit Texas... Almost.

Bro, go to Medan again, please
Maybe Lee Majors stayed there during his TV series, Bonanza..
Video bagus 👌
Hi Nick, in Indonesia *Teak wood/Kayu Jati* is mainly processed & carved in Jepara - central Java (But many others areas also do the same thing)

That's KZread, if you rarely upload it will affect the number of viewers that decreases. unless you already have a fan base. So those who diligently upload, at least make a short video on KZread. to take care of the audience. Keep spirit Nick, I hope God will always give you health and convenience, so you can continue to create video content.
