Has anyone stopped to think about Ottawa Real Estate after next Election ? when thousands will eventually be layed off/out of work, and continuing into balanced federal budgets ~next decade ?

Certainly a valid point and anything can happen in election cycles as we’ve seen in the past. In the next 12 months there will be a massive shift in the market, in which direction is yet to be seen.

I am definitely thinking about it. After the Liberals spend like drunken sailors, the cons move in to trim the fat for at least a few years to make themselves look fiscally responsible
I only celebrate Father's Day .. mothers already get enough.

What future ? Canadian real estate market is the past now game is over. Everybody is losing money. Stay out. Tons of inventory that nobody wants and more coming every day. lol
