The Future of Law: AI Powered Justice? | Robert Mahari | TEDxBoston

Almost all sectors of the economy have been reimagined through computation, automation, and AI. Meanwhile, law today is largely the same as it was decades ago. How can law embrace technology to become more efficient and accessible?
AI, Big problems, Law Robert Mahari is pursuing a joint JD/PhD degree at Harvard Law School and the MIT Media Lab’s Human Dynamics Group. His work focuses on how technology can and should affect the practice of law by broadening access to justice and increasing judicial efficacy. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at www.ted.com/tedx
