Hello Prasad, I had purchased a Lenovo P2 smartphone from Flipkart. The phone got slipped from my hand and its screen got broken. I took it to the Service Center to get the screen replaced but they said that the screen was unavailable then and asked me to pay Rs. 8000 so that they would try to arrange for the screen within 1 month. They also didn't assure me that it would definitely be done in 1 month. I inquired about the product in the market and almost all Lenovo Service centers here in West Bengal and then also in Jharkhand but it wasn't available anywhere. After that I tried to reach out to Lenovo's customer care when I came to know that there is no active toll free or complaint number of Lenovo. Is it right that the company is selling its products without having the spare parts neither in the market nor in its Service centers. Isn't this against consumer rights? Please help me what to do. Thank you.

Not the kind who comments But saw Mr Rathis video on Varanasi and how the focus was solely on showing how the local people in varanasi are unhappy with Mr Modi however strangely when I visited Varanasi this Feb and while having random conversations unintentionally with the locals they all seem to be extremely happy with Mr Modiji , especially the auto drivers to the hotel managers to the saree shop keeper who would have to relocate.
