7-11 in Japan is seriously great. I was there for almost 5 months way back and can tell you that the food was shockingly so good. All non-processed and food you choose is from local and that day, along with just so damn awesome. My first experience was arriving after such a long journey at the prefecture Shibuya - Cerulean Hotel and a 7-11 next door - went down and was greeted by the staff of the 7-11 when walking in (awesome) and choosing egg salad sandwiches, local noodle, and just the best experience.

Finally 7/11 (Japanese owned) is bringing the magic to the US. 7/11 in Hawaii and Japan has been quite different for years, much better than the typical US convenience store.

I’m in Sheetz/Royal Farms/Wawa battle territory. Mix in some other local chains and it’s a gas station war.

A smorgasbord of fun! I'm sure 7-11 sales will go up after this vlog. I remember buying the sausage and biscuit there years ago before so many other places got into the breakfast game. Never could handle those roller hot dogs though. Glad to see they have stepped up their game - like you two! Keep having fun.

I had no idea what a flat white was either... until I went to London. It's the first thing on the menu at every coffee place. It's basically a small-to-medium latte without foam.

Laredo tacos have been in gas stations in south Texas for awhile

No large 7-11 store here in Austin! My wife and I love Bucky's!!! I am a Trail mix and Beef Jerky fanatic! When my wife was working in South Austin, I would drive about 2 minutes to get jerky for my dogs, Trail Mix for me, and then order two breakfast Burritos, Egg, cheese and Earl Campbell's Hot Sausage links! ( yes, Legendary, Heisman Trophy Winner at The University of Texas and Houston Oilers running back! ). I think they would be a bit too spicy for Ash! The Donut place right next to our Apartment Complex has a Shipley's Donut place the also serves a tubular shaped donut with an Earl Campbell's Hot Sausage! I don't like donuts, but this one with the Spicy sausage is amazing! The sugar glaze counteracts the spiciness! It's my favorite place to get my wife her donut fix...and my sweet and spicy donut thing!!!

7-11 needs to send you some swag. The Laredo taco and Raise the Roost chicken needs to hook you up. Nice selection on your smorgasbord. That’s a term I haven’t heard for awhile. Thanks for another fun day of torture.😊

A Flat White coffee is a no-foam cafe latte in Australia & New Zealand. Nice to see a slice of down under is making its way into the US.

One other little fact, 7-Eleven is also huge in Thailand, Vietnam and South Korea as well. I'm pretty sure that one I've seen had everything bar a gas station. But I think it did have places to charge EV's. (Thailand).

7-ELEVEN in japan is pretty bonkers. you can easily get a solid meal at one any time of day or night!! the one near where i used to live in osaka had a wall of instant ramen that was amazing to stare at post drinks at 1 or 2am! haha

That biscuit is definitely a day old or frozen biscuit. Desert is high because they charge a “Fat Tax”. $2.50 for that flavored sugar water beverage is more proof haha😂

They have the Laredo Taco restaurants in Texas gas stations. Their breakfast tacos are the bomb! So good

Must be a global thing selling decent food in petrol stations these days, over here in ireland 🇮🇪, a company called centra do fantastic food (usually accompanied by texeco petrol pumps). Saw a few things on tiktok from Americans visiting the country raving about the food in centra.

Enjoy the new 7-11. I hope they expand it to other states. The 7-11 in Taiwan is the best thing. They have all the food items plus you can do banking, pay utility bills, and even buy train tickets.

A flat white is just a normal coffee with milk nothing special. The reason why the gas station shops are selling everything is that they make very little money on fuel, most of their money is made in the store so they will always try and sell customers more and more.

Jon, Ash, may I make a constructive criticism? When you're food tasting you always restart the video outside. The phone "transitions" back & forth exchanging bites are annoying. Have you considered getting a tripod for when your sitting outside & you restart the video? I want to see a video quest to thrift a tripod. Also, should you want to know: U.S. Customs and Immigration Enforcement agents have been descending on 7-Elevens throughout the U.S. 7/11 is one of the biggest businesses that hire workers suspected of being in the country illegally & many arrests are made nationwide on a regular basis. This practice by 7/11 is ILLEGAL & your purchase there is supporting it & 7/11 is getting rich & probably under paying these employees.
