I'm not f2p but I got uvb to 14 stars just with 10 dollars I just got insanely lucky! It took me only 30k to 14 star him

It gives 6% pure strike attack per melee battle member so uvb and ugb both get 12% pure strike which is way higher than base strike thats why its so good.And also the 10% hp is pretty nice

@@legendslayer2060 It depends on the stats of your characters.The higher stats your character has,the more valueable gets pure strike.For example my uvb has really high stats at 14 stars so pure strike is better for him.But even overall i think 12% pure strike might be higher than 30% base
