I like the framework of thinking of users as "lazy, vain, and selfish". It would be cool to have a product leader from Europe and China to talk about product from their perspectives. Especially from Europe, as Marty Cagan pointed out many times European companies are obsessed with process, which leads them to have a feature team rather than a product team.

That's why I love Lenny. Instead of going on a tangent of his own like most podcast hosts do, he asks a nuanced question which can have multiple answers. And then, he lets the guest speak without interruption.

This was a great podcast. Thanks for interviewing all the product managers that you do, Lenny. The conversations are very insightful and I have learned a lot. If I can make one suggestion that I believe would improve your podcast tremendously: sometimes you finish enunciating each word fully and stopping before starting with the next word rather than letting them flow into one another. I believe if you allow words to flow more between one another, it would improve the podcast. Again, thanks for all the great content!

We are in the business of influence. We are influencing users to do something else, engineers to build something fast, leadership to sign off on plans. PMs are Fullstack influencers. - Anuj Rathi
