what I can recommend as a person that does this all the time. I used to use the same technique to make my girlfriend creamiest cold brew milk for coffees ever. But what I found out is that I can just take a normal milk container where there’s only a third of milk left in the container and shake the absolute crap out of it for about a minute and I have an even better consistency. Maybe try that as a hack. I’ve been doing it for years now with my girlfriend asked me for an ice coffee. It makes the milk even creamier and poofy.

It will do just fine, but doing this still won't give you the desired texture or sweetness because to get café styled milk it needs to be steamed which creates smaller micro bubbles due to the proteins being brought up to the top, while simply heating it or frothing it breaks up the proteins and makes larger bubbles without the added sweetness.
