Same.. i hopped out the car and in my head i could hear the chorus "where did i go wrong" and then I looked for it in Google and after a few tries i found the song.

This song reminds me of my bestfriend who died from pills, we were supposed to move in together but didn’t & ended up falling off in the last couple months of his life.. I wish I woulda been there for him & not judged him in my heart because maybe moving in & being there could have saved his life. Now I treat people with care & respect no matter where they are in life. Rest In Peace to my brother Ishan Singh aka Nahsi! We miss you

Same. For people who are experiencing a happy relationship rather than the one in the lyrics, the chorus is like a constant reminder to do right by your significant other or you’ll be feeling like “where did I go wrong”

I was in the car of my boss while we were listening to this music and suddenly I became sad because I remember the great person whom I treated as my half brother who betrayed me while my heart was pure. "Where did I go wrong? I lost a friend". That line totally hit me.

I interpret this song different than all the other comments I’ve read and probably incorrectly. I just had a good friend betray me and show her true colors on a grand scale. I never saw this bitter, mean, even cruel person I did last week, even after three years of friendship. I knew it immediately was over. I’ve not even cared. All the love for her has become hatred, how could I miss her? Then an old memory just from March came through my head. How we laughed and it felt like a core memory. I remembered the dozens others together we have. Tonight is the first night I’ve genuinely missed her, who I thought she was, at all. I know who she is and detest that person but man the person who had me fooled was kinda cool. I feel like I’m grieving the girl I thought I knew. Oh well.

Im from england and was apdopted at 4. I have adhd and attachment issues so i ended up bouncing around foster homes, even after being adopted. My last foster carer was Dutch and he was a very multicultural person who showed me songs like this.. i will never forget him because he helped me sort my attitude out due to being the most respectful person i had ever met.. everyone else used to use me as a scapegoat because i was soft. He always stood by me more than anyone. I even ended up going to prison at 17 for being a moron yet he was the only person to ever come to see me in there. Not even my adoptive parents were there for me during my teens because i was such a wild child. 😢❤

How to save a life? Maybe if I didn’t let you outside that day, you would’ve have passed. I wouldn’t have lost a friend. I will never forget your beautiful face, your gorgeous emerald green eyes, your dazzling patterns on your fur. I love you my gorgeous baby girl. Rest in peace! Your loved one did not commit suicide. Suicide took them at a moment when they were desperate for the darkness and pain to end. We all need to help erase the stigma associated with suicide and mental illness.

there was this lady in her 70's that me and my brother visited everyday for a couple years a few months before me and my family moved away she passed away I was so sad she was like a grandma to me and her husband was like a grandpa to me. We would have visited more but covid prevented us from going over because my mom didn't want us getting them sick on accident.
