Great video. Never thought about this before. Always worked on the principle of under-promise and over-deliver which is effectively the middle and end of a project/assignment. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! I had to actively start making myself under-promise - I used to over-promise, and worked a lot of late nights trying to keep up with my self-imposed deadlines! Yes, this is the bit BEFORE that happens, especially since there's so many steps involved with starting work with a new client.

Absolutely! I constantly work on updating and improving my own client on-boarding process - it's the first impression to your clients!

Great tips, Maggie! I really like the mapping idea. I've been creating a lot of swim lanes and flow diagrams lately. For the love of Dumbledore! lol

Haha, thanks Roman! I had to put that bit in :D Do you find flow diagrams better than a project management system? I use Asana for my processes but I'm intrigued by swim lanes and flow diagrams.
