i got to see him at UC Irvine because my sister was one of the recipient's for the Dalai Lama Scholarship. It was such a privilege to see his Holiness upclose and to hear him speak. He's amazing..and he's funny :)

I agree totally...peace, love, happiness! For the world this should always apply. I felt an electric shock enter my body and I was fearful of it. But I believe God is real...I just didn’t like taking chance after chance...but I do agree in peace and I believe everyone should want that too. Peace of mind, is so important also. I agree listening to the Lama. Is like surely he speaks the truth. It isn't out of ignorance but self exploration. He is a guru of the royal community of the likes. It is not like your listening to a bastard language. I now understand the Noble truth that other ordinary keep a deralication of duty. I must say the black culture has become our worst enemy due to shortcomings. I accept these teachings because I rejected stupidity. May all sentient beings witness this profound brilliant glory.

I looked up the 4 Noble Truths asked Ms Google.. I got one from PBS television.. with Sanskrit words untranslated... I was none the wiser another site.. the Lion Roars.. or something.. perfectly understandable.. the Lion Throne is the Tibetan name.. for the place where a seated Buddha teaches the law . without fear so it is ✌️ thank you

I have heard it said that we are the Universe looking back at itself... and you are in control of your future... your thoughts and ideas, words and deeds are recorded on the fabric of the Universe as we are passing through.. quantum foam... Leonard Susskind at Stanford came up with string theory...a pretty good approximation of the dual tornado model... he also talks about the Holographic Universe.. the idea that our thoughts and ideas shape the World around us... it's fun to think about, eh?

Long Live Dalai Lama and Long live gyalwarinpoche I think 4 noble truths and 8 noble path is the direct route to happiness and end of suffering. i believe 8 noble path and i use an mobile app called "BuDhamma" to practice it daily Dalai lamas face looks so young and happy. i wish i get that too!
