Working my physical job through early recovery is so fucking hard. My trigger is definitely extreme fatigue and lower back pain.

@Evian1990 mines abuse of caffiene, lack if sleep and porn addiction. But my teenage years were drinking and smoking weeds every week for like 5 years. I'm in the army man. And I'll tell you when you have brain fog and gstigue its the hardest. Are you still recovering?

@evian1990 I didn't even think about back pain being a part of it but I'm tired of the pain and lack of sleep some nights I wish I could use 😢
I relapsed into abstinence a couple of years ago. It was awful

Symptoms of Relapse: Warning Signs: Triggers Cravings Irrational Thinking Isolation Old Friends Recognize your own trends and DO something about them. Small changes can be very powerful.
