    @Evian1990 mines abuse of caffiene, lack if sleep and porn addiction. But my teenage years were drinking and smoking weeds every week for like 5 years. I'm in the army man. And I'll tell you when you have brain fog and gstigue its the hardest. Are you still recovering?

    Symptoms of Relapse: Warning Signs: Triggers Cravings Irrational Thinking Isolation Old Friends Recognize your own trends and DO something about them. Small changes can be very powerful.
