The Fostering Assessment

The fostering assessment is our way of showcasing your ability to support a vulnerable child. During the assessment we prepare our applicants with all the tools they need to be robust foster carers. The process is thorough and may seem a little daunting, but it is the best way to ensure we’re providing safe and happy homes for children. In this film Lindzi and Jade from one of our fostering projects talk about the assessment and what you can expect.

Wow! If half of the time, courses and effort was given to the families in need that is given to wannabe foster carers, there wouldn’t be the crisis of children being abused and neglected by local authorities and the foster carers they push through and help to be employed. The panel is made up of more social workers!!! The reports are agreed by the wannabe fc, and changed before managers sign off to help the credulous end panel of mates social workers agree they are suitably qualified to be part of the child welfare industry. Extending that practice to the babies & Children’s families would have such a positive impact on the relationship between them and the social workers, instead of having to fight to try to get anyone to take notice or change the erroneous, defamatory statements in their assessment records .
