    Hi @@MYFOREXSCREEN . The key to turning ideas into reality is to take action on the idea and sticking to the plan until completion. Trying to do too many things at one time or jumping from idea to idea without fully following through with them will surely derail you from achieving your goals. This is what I suggest you do to stay focused: 1. Write each of your ideas on a separate post-it pad and stick them on the wall above your work desk. Arrange the post-it pads in accordance to priority. 2. Start working on the first idea and only move to a new idea once you have finished with the previous one. 3. Once you complete an idea, take a pen and strike it off. 4. Add new ideas to the bottom of the list. 5. Look at this list as often as you can and remind yourself to focus on finishing one idea at a time before moving on to the next. This is how you train your mind to stay focus on completing goals. Hope this helps.

    @@MYFOREXSCREEN Finding a mentor is good because it will help you shorten the learning curve. But be sure to find the right mentor - someone with experience the ideas you're trying to implement. Trial and error can work but it also means possibly making a lot of unnecessary mistakes which could have been avoided if there was guidance from a mentor.

    Yes! The secret to actually learning something is not the ability to put it IN your head, it is the ability to get it OUT of your head. This is why quizzing yourself, taking exams, participating in study groups, etc. is so very important.

    #1 Repetition -- (of #2) (Practice makes perfect (of potentially wrong methods)) #2 Right strategy -- (Seek feedback from a coach to get objective external feedback) ... Ali had a coach who got him to do things right, he hated every minute of those trainings but his intent was, "Suffer now and live your rest of the life as a Champion" #3 Positive support system -- Your brains default survival response is when something is hard you should stop doing it.

    Hi Thank you for the speech! How can I overcome fear? Is not easy you know think positive when you are struggling . I want to do this kind of job but I'm afraid to fail because I think my English is not good enough. I have fear to try to do it. Not being able to express good myself to the customers about the situation. Always thinking negative what if what if. When I get nerveous my English become clumsy. What can I do to be brave or be able to do this kind of job successfully. Or not feel the fear of failing or not be able to do the job.

    Suffer now and live your rest of the life as a "CHAMPION".. But when it comes to suffer its really hard, And to remain stick to the strategy is even more hard.. then how to repete even after failure??

  • @JitPuru

    @JitPuru

    Neha N, the key is to understand that you only truly fail when you give up. If we change how we perceive failures and look at them as opportunities to learn instead of suffering, it will be a lot easier to stick to the strategy.

    Your entire premise revolves around #2. Here's my question: Explain to your viewers how one can know they are practicing (repetition) the right strategy? Most of the time a strategy cannot be proven effective until after the fact. If you have been following the wrong strategy now you have created neural pathways that have you practicing the wrong strategy and we know from research and studies that it's much more difficult to change engrained neural pathways than it is to create them.
