the tech hunters attacked beep and the others bc they were in the shop while it was closed so the guards told them to leave repeatedly until attacking which caused them to fight back hence the assault charge

Also a great way to get around pathing issues over long distances is to get the whole group to "Follow" the slowest character in the group. That will also put them into formation as well, you can change the formation they use in the AI tab :)

If you make the running speed the one with a picture of two guys on it it makes it so that all the simultaneously selected guys run the same speed

Phew, some real solid cutting through the pea soup folk. And you have a few of the mvp unique recruits loved by so many. I dont know if you know, but a few of the containers in scraphouse can usually be picked and stolen from by a skillful and patient thief. Carry a few large theif packs and stuff them all using the pause snatch and gran technique. Unlock as many containers as you can stealthily first. That way if you do get spotted tou still can just smash and grab all you can before booking. Good time to have an ally holdong some distraction enemy to try and draw everyone away while you steal. A broken spider brought up there and put in a far corner etc.
