    I don’t think many ppl can fully understand the depth you all went into talking about mindset and the smaller details that matter at the highest levels. I’m sure most understand the words spoken but it’s much more than words. You can’t fully appreciate it unless if you have experienced going that deep yourself and being tested as a man, tested by others and testing yourself. It gives me chills hearing this conversation and one’s similar because it brings me right back to my experiences and thoughts while playing my sport against the best in the world. I love this sheit.

    Hy Neil great show as always, I kinda expected more from 180 announcement but no more darts numbers. I know that you as a host let your guests talk and didn't really address all your thoughts, but you said that first match didn't even happen due to Devons injury, but you use to said that Levan's ajustment in 2nd round is reason why Devon got injured. Do you still think that or you now more in RVJ camp that Levan is not tehnical enough to make ajustment if something goes wrong?

  • @neilpickup-supernaturalstr3157

    @neilpickup-supernaturalstr3157

    I think Levan is a very good Armwrestler & it MAY BE the Case that it was his adjustment which led to the Injury…..or it might have been some residual damage which had been in Devon’s Arm 🤷🏻‍♂️ who knows. I hope that we find out at East Vs West 12 - no injuries, just the two Men at their very best to see what happens when the Match is decided by Armwrestling, not an injury, not Refereeing decisions - just their Best Armwrestling & a real outcome. @@neilpickup-supernaturalstr3157 Me too I hope that is gonna be a case, nobody wanna see injury or something like that. I just remember when you said that Levan overpronationed (see back of his palm) in 1st round and then make ajustment. It seems to me that he was doing same mistakes in Ermes match like he was rushing to finish the match because he was gassing out quickly. 2nd and 3rd (wich got to be the best and most excided round of 2023) round of that match is big difference. And speaking of Devon confidence in 1st match before 1st ready go when Devon was doing his thing, trying to pump Levan's hand while being all tight and with his shoulder forvard, Levan pull him back and slam him to the side. I never saw Devon's face expreson like right after that.

    Neil, great show as always. Best armwrestling podcast there is. But I’m seeing something that concerns me in various live chats and videos. I don’t really want to put it on here. But if you go to the coresports channel and look at the comments of the match between Matt Mask and Derek Smith, you’ll see what I’m talking about. I know you’re friends with this person. And while I don’t know them, I do like them. But I’m starting to feel like those commenters. It’s always this same person. I watch to see the match and hear the commentary. I know why this person does it. I really do. But I think it’s going to affect viewership eventually. Again, no hate. Just concern. And no idea what the solution is. I know you won’t reply to this message based on the content. Nor should you. I’m just saying what I’m seeing. And those comments are increasing in volume and numbers.

    If (and that's a big, big if) Devon wins against Levan, Dadykian who? Lol, c'mon... No Dadykian, no Ivan, no nothing, nobody will be able to touch Devon. If Devon loses against Levan, we'll probably still be talking about a version of Devon superior to the one that beat the likes of Ermes, Denis, Georgi... Again, Dadykian shouldn't stand a change at 115kg... At 105kg, it depends on how much the weight cut affects Devon.

    If you think Vitalys technique and Devons technique are the same, you are not right. If Devon stops any match with his technique, it is very hard to win, your only option is to flop press. Wih Vitaly, there are many, many options on how to beat him when the match stops. And not to mention the endurance and technical proficiency, which Devon has the most. I am talking purely about the technique side of things.
