@@liquid_butter ​ , I haven't seen a requirement from the American Red Cross that you must be "up-to-date" in order to donate but that IF you are, then they suggest having your information card with you or provide the manufacture name, be symptom free/feeling well etc. They did list the following, "There is no deferral time for eligible blood donors who are vaccinated with an inactivated or RNA based COVID-19 vaccine manufactured by AstraZeneca, Janssen/J&J, Moderna, Novavax, or Pfizer. Eligible blood donors who received a live attenuated COVID-19 vaccine or do not know what type of COVID-19 vaccine they received must wait two weeks before giving blood." I noted elsewhere that mRNA vaccines may last, "...a few weeks in the body." Seems to me that people should be given a wait period of ~3 weeks from their most recent injection. This should give the "spike protein" time to be eliminated from the body.

FB sensored me for criticizing the vacine. I'm 67 and have never had any of the shots. As a disabled veteran with COPD, and CHF I was offered the vacine by the VAMC. I had the virus in 2020 and never felt it was any worse than the normal flu, never sought medical treatment for it, and other than it lasted 11 days it was no different than the annual flu. I treated it just like I do any other flu, just got plenty of rest, took severe fomula OTC flu medicine, drank plenty of fluids, and took Vitamin C tablets.

Thank you for your service. I’m in the same boat, I’ve been going to the VA for over 20 years. Never had the vaccine, don’t want it because I don’t need it. And that should be respected. My job and livelihood should not be in jeopardy. The VA is getting worse unfortunately and I’m hoping we change leadership soon because it was decent under the former.

Free speech is free speech good,bad or otherwise. 1st amendment rights. The tech companies,newspapers ,tv media ,and most especially the government should not bring their powers to be and cause censorship of free American Citizens. If these so called private companies colluded to depress or ban free speech and by their mighty wealth are able to deplatform social media that others choose to view, then they are not entitled to section 230 protections and should therefore be subject to law suits by freedom of information advocates.

Don't get your hopes up, the questions being fired back by the Justices to the Plaintiffs Lawyers sound ominous.

I noticed he very much resembles Ted Kaczynski and tried to post his mugshot, with no comment, to be funny. FB immediately wouldn’t let me. So I just deleted FB. It was harmless what I tried to do. I’m not going to let some FB AI restrict my 1st Amendment rights of free speech.

@cvent8454 Who did these things? The Government or private companies? Private companies do not have to respect our speech. They rightfully do not have to allow what they see as garbage to be spewed. We have to agree to the terms of service of the platforms they support or choose to not use them. I don't always agree with their guidelines but I fully support their right to have those freedoms and set up what they view as appropriate on their platform.

Not necessarily. Trump doesn't have to post a supersedeas bond to file an appeal. He can file an appeal anyway. The supersedeas bond stays execution of the judgement while the appeal is pending.
