I vote coaches matter! My productivity has improved exponentially since working with an A.I. growth mindset coach for the past 16 months. I think it's the combination of encouragement and accountability, plus the willingness to repeat the lesson until it sticks. Coaching works 🤝📈👍
Really wonderful and inspiring videos. I've definitely learned a lot Although I'm a bit confused at 2:50. While leadership as plumbing was described as fixing, leadership as poetry wasn't defined or explained in any way. Just 'leadership as poetry' isn't self-explanatory. I'd really appreciate if you could provide more explanation or direct me to where i could get more information.
