After 20 years working for a chemical manufacturer, I had to sign a non-compete statement because I understood the plant as well as the engineers who built the plant. That statement is good for 5 years after leaving. I worked there for 32 years. My mom, helped them get the initial financing, and they were worried I'd build my own plant. Would that happen? No, I'm not a salesman, I'm not and engineer, and it would never happen. But that statement is good still for 4 more years.

I thank God every day that I am an American and not a Democrat
