Thanks for your feedback. Demographers can vary in the date ranges they assign to generations, and those born at the beginning or end of a birth date range may find themselves classified in different generations or “micro-generations” (such as Xennials) depending on the demographer.

Gen x helped to create a lot of the technologies that millenials and gen zr's use!

Could you say the source please for your comments about millenials - e.g. that they are 'collaborative and teamwork oriented' - is this in relation to other generations and if so what is this based on please?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. There are some Silent Generation members who still work and volunteer, including several at our workplace, so it’s helpful to understand them - just as it’s helpful to understand younger people entering the workforce.

Years off, gen x to 1981. Mill to2002 or 04. Gen z still being born

Your generational breakdown is not correct.
