Overall, very nice job! Perhaps the only small nitpick I have is that the high positive G turns could have a bit more banking. But very well done :D

I wouldn't suggest making the track do what it does at the end of the first launch viewable at 0:26, banking the track and turning it results in the track turning while there is no to not sufficient banking yet. Maybe bank the track then turn it, then use smoothing to make it work.

So what I did is I downloaded the V3 mod for PlanCo, and that made the acceleration faster. It also can make the coasters more realistic. If you want a Drive Tyre launch coaster, use the Interdimensional coaster and click the tires and you can make it go all the way up to 101 mph. it's a free mod, and is very useful for park recreations.
