remember those times when Nvidia xx80/ti meant that you can just crank up all the settings to max on current mainstream resolution without dropping framerate below comfortable? and that extra horsepower was for higher resolutions? good times. now you have RTX xx-80-90, RX x-900 or whatnot and you still need to sacrifice something or use god forsaken upscaling cheats.

On my PC nothing about DLAA is better then Balanced. I have spent several hours testing things also best Advanced graphics setting from top to bottom are as follows- Medium, High, Low, Low, High, Low, High, Low, Low, Low, High, High, OFF. Trust. Hardware is I9, 3080Ti, 64 gb DDR5.

The aim assist is very aggressive and prevents headshots, didn't really shake out for me because I like snipers for dps

You can tell he hasn't tried controller. Even if he doesn't like aying controller, he didn't even attempt to see how the settings were. Max it out??? I can't move off center mass of a boss with that kind of setting. The snappiness of the aim assist is real. Never seen a game go so hard into it like this one

On the series X I put it on ray tracing and balanced mode. Looks pretty smooth.

I think that you usually want to boost Textures up to High or Ultra in every game depending on your graphic cards VRAM. Boosting textures and respecting your vram capacity has no impact on performance at all so, no reason to leave it on low settings...

Anybody who uses nvidia inspector, the DLAA override setting for DLSS is better then the normal in game DLAA option. Looks even crisper. Personally using Type C. I have my in game set to Nvidia - Quality in game so inspector doesnt get confused with the in game normal DLAA

amazing game haven't turned it off since it came out 👌lots of fun and alot of content to grind away at its abit of a pain with the micro transactions are very aggressive it's pay to win in terms of time sometimes and it's very heavy pushed but apart from that and the few sever issues it's amazing game I'd give it 8 out of 10

As long as you're ok with never hitting headshots then that's fine go ahead and jack up the aim assist. idk why but it does not usually lock on to any weak spots or heads and it makes it impossible to move your aim at all when aiming.

yea the game looks absolutely amazing and the over all game play is great as well, But the Bid Daddy Bosses are dreadful. I mean come on I can't be the only one that thinks that normal bosses should be pug friendly, The story is locked be hind it so I don't see why it shouldn't be. The sensitivity on controller is almost like Stick drift function in Destiny 2, The larger the number the smaller it will become the smaller the number the larger it becomes if anyone was wondering how the sensitivity worked.

This game is a gem 😊 wow. So many amazing games this year.

Game has been out 2 days and I've tried to play on xbox for 2 days. But it's been down for 2 days. I'm almost over the hype to play this game at all.

It’s up now. Wasn’t down much the first day. Was today.

Dude there are literally shadows popping in and out, and the lighting actually does suck on some places and looks really flat especially darker places like hallways in albion.... at the minimum turn thes on and set it to... Shashows > Medium Lighitng> Medium Global Illumination> High/Ultra (doesnt cost much fps but looks way better) The rest is personal prefernce but i reccomend high for thr settings aboce if you can get decent FPS and user your DLSS/FSR in quality or balance mode... in this game there isn't much of a visual difference between Quality or balance and it's kind of hard to see the differnece compared to Qualit vs Balance mode in a game like Cyberpunk 2077 I can get 4k 60-70 FPS with everything set to High in DLSS Quality on an RTX 4070 without RT or Frame generation and i'm on a Ryzen 5 5500 CPU so most people should get 60+ fps under most circumstances and 60fps is playable especially since this isn't pvp

shadow medium and global illumination medium are the only settings I have not on low. I don't know what lighting does. would like to know you're on 4k so it's different but at 1440p the game is strangely really blurry without any upscaler and the only upscaler that solve this issue is XESS on quality (I don't have DLSS)

Could you go back playin apex a little if that’s ok with you?

DLAA is slower than Quality for most people & makes it look less muddy.

On console, the auto aim is too strong! I try to aim at a weakpoint on a boss or enemy and it snaps back to the center of the boss. Its so irritating. I want that off. Auto aim to snap to a target but then when im on it keeps it sticky, but not snap to center. Im constantly fighting aim assist.... I want to hit the fucking weakpoints!! @staycation

I can tell you never tried controller, with you saying max it all out all the time. Try a controller. Go in a boss fight and see how that goes. You are mad wrong

All the settings don't matter when even with 4070 i9 14900kf second shades start to load game freezes and crashes 😂

you should put frame generation on I take it off I'm at 120fps it goes to 202 when I turn it on

works only for 40xx cards with Nvidia Settings. And I DON'T recommend turning it on, the Input Latency increases a LOT, doesn't feel good at all

@@cal7281 don't know if the Technology of AMD Frame Gen works differently or if some people don't care so much about the input Latency, but I for myself think its pretty bad, especially considering 120fps (or in my case ~85 FPS with Raytracing) are enough for PvE already.

Am I the only one who thinks that the normal sensitivity is too slow? I have both set 100 and it's still too slow...

I heard it's very microtransactiony and frame rate is terrible on consoles

Plays much better on PS5, for me. PC has issues with ray tracing with huge frame rate dips; turning off ray tracing made the frame unviewabke. Happily playing on PS5 is super smooth.

setting everything on low, anybody can do that. The actual guide should be explaning why and which options you can keep higher.

Shitty guide tbh. If you like fps, turn DLSS to quality, balanced if you want even more frames. Textures look better on higher settings and DO NOT COST ANY FRAMES if you have enoug VRAM. If u have 4gb, go for medium, 6GB go for high, and 8gb or more go for ultra. You can test it out, no FPS cost at all

its literary a copy of warframe all base systems are a 1 to 1 copy frames, prime frames (ult) , mod system (capacity, catalyst to increase mod cap , but costs a ton)polarization and forma) crafting time and builds (but different to warframe (nexon) it costs real money with no way to earning it as f2p) tons of microtransactions, TONS OF MICROTRANSACTIONS the progression is literary the same of warframe too with "planets" (maps) and nodes lmao, mastery system, one of the most annoying things is inventory space, ridiculous, they added a "looter shooter" with random weapons stats drops, and heavily capped inventory size. the start frames are literary a copy of Rhino (ajax) volt (bunny) lepic (ember ) and the frost girl (mag) there is also freya (saryn) this game is just a worse version of warframe with human waifus. without the movment and f2p economy that is driven by players. otimization is rly bad, and servers as well.

the fact people are only saying this game is like warframe and destiny 2 shows people never really played anything else. This game has the classs like Firefall did the horrid gunplay like Defaince did the modding system like Warframe and the quests like Destiny 2. this is just factual.

Dont play games like this. they sell your data and you have to agree to start the game.
