2/3. I’m always thinking of too much just need to swing!
One video I saw of Fred Couples, he said he practiced the follow through, starting from impact position on through.
Gary Player would practically walk through after his golf swing!
1. Stay back, 2. Focus on hitting target (tree leaf or something well past actual target), 3. Sometimes, get hands past the ball before impact.

I thought this video was good. I remember someone saying that your finish determines your swing. Makes sense to me - physics. And it generates muscle memory.
Usually just two.
normally 2
1. Stay connected, 2. rotate my hips, 3. commit to swing
3 to 4 then I forget which one I'm on.
Less talk with more action on what to do will help to simply the tutorial .
