That's how depression kills! Depression is a silent isolated killer! Softly, quietly and internally! It's a everyday battle within and unless a person has and does experience it... No one can truly understand! Only the strongest of the strong can survive it but many fall victim to it's grasp. Unfortunately... Seek therapy counseling for any form or signs... It's okay to have an outlet and the support! Mental health is a Real issue.

We all wear a facade from time to time and no one really knows the pain we go through internally. The brave face we put, "I'm OK", "Yeah, going good"...that is what mental health looks like.

Also, anti-depressants are known to CAUSE suicide. This needs to be known by everyone taking anti-depressants! Anti-depressants can cause you to commit suicide. It’s a point that must ALWAYS be made, because it’s the truth. How many of these suicides that happen “out of nowhere” are actually caused by anti-depressants?! I have zero faith in the pharmaceutical companies. They lied about the effects of anti-pain medicines, and they are most likely hiding the truth about the link between suicide and anti-depressants!

I lost my mom to suicide in2016 and my father literally drank himself to death this past year. I don't think anyone can ever fully heal from a loss more so from suicide... There are so many unanswered questions. I lost my sister, my cousin and my father to suicide. Devastating is not even a deep enough word to describe what effect it has on you. You simply cannot wrap your brain around it at first, you feel sad but there’s still a part of you that’s in such denial that you really think they are coming through the door at any moment. Then you get so f*cking angry with them!! That’s because the why of it is never answered, no matter how hard you try to put yourself in their shoes. It is all compounded when there was no clues or hints of it coming at all!! We were a very close family and this was so out of the realm of reality! I still catch myself thinking I want to give them a call. I truly feel for Regina. So many families are suffering with this type of despair and loss, and when it happens to either a celebrity themselves or a loved one of theirs, it gets pushed to the forefront again, and those experienced in this pain will feel it all over again. I hope she has a really strong support system, because she will need it. She may isolate at first, and her friends should just keep checking in, and when she’s ready to talk about it face to face, just be there for her. 😢💔

Take my yoke upon you and learn of me; and you shall find rest unto your soul." This might not be a perfect one-size-fits-all answer, but it's a darn good place to start. Prayers for the family.

Me too...😪♥️ I also wonder what was going through his head, that he was so sad. Could it be that he couldn't be up to par with a level of fame like his mother had? He was a DJ, and had some gigs, but not as famous as his Mom? Maybe he felt overwhelmed, at his Mother's level of fame, and he couldn't match it. Then again, who knows what was going through her child's mind...😪😪💔💔I know depression very well, and it doesn't matter how everyone tries to help, and its not really anyone's fault, its just a cold abyss of pain, that you can never get out of, no matter how you try. Maybe his mother knew what he was experiencing it, but because he was 26 yrs, he probably told her he could handle it, and she allowed him to be himself. Then maybe, he never really told her how he was feeling because he didn't want to rain on her parade. But I know that with the proper mental care of medication, and therapy, he would've done well. It worked for me. But... every one is different. 😪😪💔💔RIP child...

@Kay's Life Jesus loves you more than you can comprehend, understands you better than you know yourself, he will never leave your side nor forsake you, and he wants the best for you, for you to prosper, have hope, and a future. He wants you to have joy. Weeping may endure for a night buy joy comes in the morning. You may be going thru a dark time but it will get better. If you know God, lean on him, let him be your strength.. Talk out loud to him & read the word. All of what i just said is literally from the word - the Bible - the living word of God & it's a great weapon against the enemy who tries to polute your mind with negativity & lies!

Loosing a child at any age is the greatest pain a mother can feel. She's so right. You don't actually know what real unconstitutional love is until you have a child. Most mothers would gladly give their own live to save their child's. That's a real unbreakable bond.

Mental Health is complicated, private and Very Personal. I feel everyone has some form of Personality Disorder, which is not as insulting as using Mental Health Disorder Labels that cause people to be secretive and defensive when dealing with their disorder. Some disorders are more severe than others, however as long as a person is responsible and independent there is no need to worry about the type of shortcomings he or she has.

My heart goes out to her for her profound loss. Hopefully at some point we can destigmatize mental health and understand people do not choose that no more than they choose cancer. I have a friend who's daughter has mental health issues and she refuses to get help because what would people say. And I just pray she doesn't end up in this situation.

You are so right. My eldest, wonderful. Funny, heart of gold sister suffered from severe depression. But because she was always so funny, and loving we never acknowledged that she was deeply depressed. We NEVER took the time to understand her. When she’d get in her sad blue, non-talkative moods, we would tell her to “get out of that stinky mood” or “it’s not like you to be in the dumps”, etc. she passed away 4 years ago, and to date I wish our family would have been more sympathetic, she left this world feeling unloved..though we did, we just didn’t know how much she wanted us to support her. I miss her, always will.

@@marisolreyes6502...I'm so sorry for your loss. My friends daughter suffers from depression and is a hoarder. They are moving from Hawaii to SC and she keeps saying this will be so much better on her daughter as she can go take walks and will feel better. Pretty sure you can take walks in Hawaii but taking a walk helps but it will not be a magical cure. I asked her if her daughter developed MS would she not get her to the doctor. Of course she would. But she acts like she doesn't need to get her to a doctor for her mental health.

Well said. I strongly agree. My heart goes out to Miss King and her family and friends. Just a few weeks ago I watched several episodes of 227 in a row. I love her acting. She seemed to ABSOLUTELY LOVE being Ian’s mom. So proud and grateful to have such a loving son. I cannot imagine the depth of her pain. 😔 💔 DO hold your children a little longer. I doubt any of you will regret it. Hugs are comforting and healing. MUCH love to you and your family. (Hold them tight, kiss them and tell them that you love them…often.) 💐 ♥️ 💫
